While Bournemouth have rightly earned plenty of plaudits for their performances this season, their recent showings would suggest that their campaign is at risk of fizzling out.

Fulham, in contrast, toppled Liverpool last Sunday to boost their chances of making a late charge for a Champions League berth.

Despite last week’s win over champions-elect Liverpool, Marco Silva’s men come into this south coast showdown as 9/4 outsiders on Boylesports. 

However, I’m going to swerve the 1×2 offerings and instead opt for an eye-catching player-based selection.

Tyler Adams has been priced up at 6/4 on Betfair to commit two or more fouls on Monday night and those odds hold plenty of appeal.

The Bournemouth midfielder's love of a strong tackle has often landed him in trouble with referees in recent months.

In fact, Adams is averaging a sizeable 2.22 fouls per game in the Premier League this season, a fairly lofty hit rate given that he has only started 14 top flight games this season so far.

Drill a little deeper and it can be detected that Adams has committed two or more fouls in six of his last seven starts in the Premier League, including four away at West Ham last time out.

It’s also worth noting that the U.S. international committed multiple fouls during Bournemouth's recent FA Cup quarter-final clash with Man City.

Adams’ combative streak is likely to be on show again on Monday night as he is expected to come up against Fulham’s Sasa Lukic, who is drawing north of one foul per 90 in the top flight this term.
