Sky Super 6 challenge

We already see a number of bookmakers offering punters some great prizes for correctly guessing six scores in upcoming Premier League games.

With that in mind, we have decided to take up the Super 6 Challenge.

Here are this week's selections.

Our Super 6 Challenge predictions

Arsenal vs West Ham

Arsenal are unbeaten in their last 15 Premier League games (W10-D5-L0). With Liverpool dropping points recently, the title race is back on—though Liverpool remain strong favorites. If Arsenal win their game in hand, they will close the gap to just five points. This is a crucial match for the hosts.

At the Emirates, Arsenal have been solid (W8-D4-L0), conceding only 10 goals while averaging 2.25 goals per game.

West Ham, meanwhile, have not enjoyed a new manager bounce under Graham Potter, recording just one win in five matches (W1-D1-L3). The Hammers have struggled on the road, winning only three times this season with just three clean sheets. Over the last eight games, they rank 15th for xPTS, while Arsenal sit 2nd.

  • Score 2-0 at 6.0 with Skybet

Ipswich Town vs Tottenham

Ipswich have a real opportunity to boost their survival hopes with a crucial home game against Spurs, followed by a trip to Old Trafford. The Tractor Boys put in a strong performance against Villa last time out, only for referee Rob Jones to take centre stage by reducing them to 10 men.

Spurs come into this fixture with back-to-back Premier League wins over Brentford and Man Utd. However, despite their impressive victory at Man City, their only other league wins in recent weeks have come against Southampton, Man Utd, and Brentford.

With games running out, Ipswich need to build on their Villa performance—if they do, three points could be within reach.

  • Score 2-1 at 11.0 with Skybet

Southampton vs Brighton

Southampton have been woeful at home this season (W1-D1-L10), scoring just nine goals while conceding an average of 2.75 per game. They have shipped 2+ goals in eight of their 12 home matches and have managed just one clean sheet. They remain on course for the lowest points total in Premier League history.

Over the last eight games, they rank 19th for xPTS and have an alarming 2.24 xGA per game.

Brighton, meanwhile, come into this game full of confidence after back-to-back wins over Chelsea in both the league and FA Cup. Their record against bottom-half sides is solid (W5-D6-L2), and they have only failed to score once on the road all season. With key players returning from injury, they should have too much quality for Southampton.

  • Score 1-3 at 11.0 with Skybet

Aston Villa vs Chelsea

Aston Villa have been strong at home this season (W6-D7-L1), but defensive frailties remain, conceding in 13 of their 14 home matches. Both teams have scored in 11 of those games, with over 2.5 goals landing in seven.

Chelsea have also struggled defensively on the road, conceding in 10 of their 13 away games, though they have scored in the same number. Their away record stands at W6-D3-L4, with their matches averaging 3.34 goals per game. Over 2.5 goals have landed in eight of those fixtures.

Despite their attacking potential, Chelsea have won just two of their last 10 Premier League games, making this a crucial match for both sides.

  • Score 2-1 at 9.0 with Skybet

Newcastle vs Nottingham Forest

Newcastle have a mixed home record this season (W6-D2-L4) but have struggled recently, losing their last two home games to Bournemouth and Fulham. They have also lost three of their last four Premier League matches. Despite scoring in 10 of their 12 home games, they have conceded in seven and rank 13th for home xPTS.

Nottingham Forest have been overachieving away from home, ranking ninth for away xPTS but sitting third in the actual away standings. However, they have lost their last two on the road. Their overall away record stands at W7-D2-L4, but against top-half sides, it is a less impressive W1-D2-L4. They have found the net in 10 of their 13 away games, making them a threat going forward.

  • Score 1-1 at 7.50 with Skybet

Man City vs Liverpool

Manchester City return to league action after a disappointing midweek performance against Real Madrid. At home, they have been solid (W8-D2-L2) and have been clinical in recent matches, scoring 11 goals in their last three home games against Newcastle, Chelsea, and West Ham. However, they rank just 8th for home xPTS.

Liverpool have looked fatigued in recent outings, winning just once in their last four across all competitions. Their last two away games have ended in 2-2 draws. Despite an unbeaten away record in the league (W9-D5-L0), defensive concerns remain, with an average of 1.5 goals conceded per game over their last 10 on the road.

  • Score 2-2 at 10.0 with Skybet

The total odds for all six games are a massive 490,050 with Skybet, which may be worth a £1 stake for some fun, I am keen to back Villa to win 2-1 and Brighton to beat Southampton 3-1. Combining these two games combined give you odds of 99.0 with Skybet.
