Although the key derby of the round is scheduled for Sunday, Saturday's Serie A matches feature three of the top six teams in crucial battles.
Como host struggling Lecce to maintain their place in the top six, Napoli visit bottom side Verona, and Inter Milan will try to make amends to their fans by increasing their lead at the top with a win over Genoa.

Today’s Serie A betting tips & predictions
Como vs. Lecce (2pm)
Como returned to winning ways after a great performance away to Juventus, and that should be enough to motivate them to victory against a team at the bottom of the table.
Lecce have won two of their last three games but remain in danger of relegation. As the lowest-scoring team in the league, it is difficult to expect anything special from them against Como, who have the second-best defence this season.
We do not expect many goals given Lecce's low scoring rate lately, so a combination of a win and under 3.5 goals sounds ideal.
Como vs. Lecce top betting tip: Como to win & Under 3.5 goals
Verona vs. Napoli (5pm)
Napoli look set to end the season without any silverware, with only a top-four finish left to play for.
Last year's champions will not get an easier chance to pick up three points than in this match, given that Verona are bottom of the table and almost certain to be relegated.
Interestingly, Verona managed a draw in Naples a few months ago, but in this case, we expect Antonio Conte's team to dominate.
Verona vs. Napoli top betting tip: Napoli to win & Over 1.5 goals
Inter Milan vs. Genoa (7:45pm)
Inter suffered a spectacular elimination from the Champions League, but they still have a chance to win the double in Italy, given that they lead the standings by 10 points and have qualified for the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia.
Genoa have flashes of quality, but their form is extremely inconsistent. Worse still, they haven't won at Inter since 1994, with the Nerazzurri winning their last 11 home games.
Inter need to make amends to their fans, and we expect them to do so with a resounding home victory.
