Punters have cashed in on goal machine Erling Haaland this season as he's re-written the record books and he could be set to add another new chapter today.
The Norwegian phenomenon has scored 19 goals in just 12 games for Manchester City, 14 of which have come in only eight Premier League matches. Today he's aiming for a fourth consecutive hat-trick at home in the league. Incredible stuff.
Pep proved the only way to stop him these days is by taking him off. The gaffer subbed him at half-time in midweek when he was on the brink of another hat-trick after two first-half goals but today he'll fancy his chances against a Southampton side that are toiling at the moment.
Bet365 have priced Haaland at just 4/1 to grab three or more against Southampton while SBK have opened a book on the striker scoring SIX of more in a single game in the 22-23 Premier League at 7/1!
SBK Offer: Haaland to score 6 or more goals in a single game in the 22 23 premier league
➕ Add to Slip
Regardless of the Haaland sub-plot, Man City should sweep the Saints aside. They're 1/9 to win but if you back them to be winning at half-time/full-time and to score four or more you can get a very backable 11/8 on a Bet365 BetBuilder.
An impressive 4-1 win was long overdue for Eddie Howe's Newcastle was long overdue last time out but Brentford will give them a tough test at St James' Park this afternoon. The Bees may not have won on the road yet but they've only been beaten once in four road trips.
If the Magpies are to challenge for a top four spot they need to be winning home matches like this and a win here could take in to the Champions League positions. You'd want a bit more than 8/11 but doubling them up with Chelsea pays a much healthier 135/100.
The Blues have found Wolves a tough nut to crack in recent seasons and are winless in the last four meetings (D3 L1) but they might not get a better chance to end that run following the departure of Bruno Lage.
💰 BETTING OFFERS: Over £500 in bonuses available for this weekend's matches
St Mirren have a few selection issues ahead of their trip to Ibrox. Despite being one of the form teams in the league they're big outsiders to get anything in the southside of Glasgow. They've a dismal record against Rangers and that looks set to continue today.
It's a game that Rangers should dominate although they may have one eye on Liverpool's visit in midweek. They're hitting 7.75 corners per game at home so take them to win Over 5 combined with 2 or more goals for a 4/5 BetBuilder.
In the bottom tier in Scotland, Stranraer‘s home form has been impressive thus far. They're unbeaten in five (W3 D2) and today welcome an Elgin City side that's winless away from home this season and face a 540-mile round trip for the match. Stranraer beat table-toppers Dumbarton at Stair Park and look good at 6/5 to win another three points at home.

Hi,
Indian Super League kicked off yesterday , here small ISL preview by me
Kerala Blasters enjoyed one of its best seasons last year but lost two key attackers Alvaro Vasquez (moved to Goa) and Pereyra (moved to Mumbai City). But it managed to sign head coach Ivan Vukomanovic and creative midfielder Adrian Luna on long-term contracts. Local boy Sahal Abdul Samad showed he could live up to the expectations, and the onus will be on him to lead his team’s charge for a maiden ISL title.
Bengaluru FC has roped in Simon Grayson to help reverse the club’s fortunes. The move paid off as the Englishman led the team to Durand Cup success last month. German Thomas Bradric (Chennaiyin FC) and Israeli Marco Balbul (NorthEast United FC) are the other new names.
Bengaluru has rejuvenated itself during the off-season with a new coach and has gone for established names in the transfer window. Roy Krishna, Javi Hernandez, Sandesh Jhingan and Prabir Das have arrived to back up the star quality of Sunil Chhetri, who wages on at the age of 38. There is plenty of excitement around young forward Sivasakthi Narayanan.
Powerhouses Mumbai City FC and ATK Mohun Bagan will again be the teams to beat and will be favourites for the title. Mumbai has signed attacking talents from rival clubs: Greg Stewart (21-22 Golden Ball winner) from Jamshedpur, Alberto Noguera from Goa and Jorge Pereyra Diaz from Kerala Blasters.
Mohun Bagan bid goodbye to long-serving forwards Roy Krishna and David Williams but is yet to adequately replace the duo. Manvir Singh, Liston Colaco and new signing Ashique Kuruniyan will be expected to step up in the goal-scoring duties and will be supported by Australian forward Dimitri Petratos and Hugo Boumous. Mohun Bagan has also signed defenders Florentin Pogba and Brandon Hamill.
The ISL champions, Hyderabad FC, did well in keeping most of their title winning squad together but that’s the only positive they can take out of this summer. Ashish Rai and Junanan will be major misses, as will Aniket Jadhav; but the real worry stems from the fact that no major incomings have happened. The popular saying goes ‘strengthen while at the top,’ and Hyderabad have absolutely not done that. A lot will depend on coach Manolo Marquez continuing to work his magic, and Bart Ogbeche continuing to do what Bart Ogbeche always does.
Odisha! Josep Gombau is back, and he’s brought back Carlos Delgado with him. Amrinder Singh has signed on, and he has a point to prove. Diego Mauricio is back after a decent stint with Mumbai while Michael Soosairaj will be hoping he can put his injury woes behind him. The squad’s a good mixture of youth and experience, and with Gombau at the helm it promises to be fun, at least.
NorthEast United. As usual, they’re impossible to predict – will their entirely-new-to-India set of foreigners (led by the experienced Matt Derbyshire)
Jamshedpur FC, league shield holders, have it worse. On the surface at least. They had to let go of both inspirational-coach Owen Coyle and absolute-best-player Greg Stewart over the summer – the kind of blows many a side fail to recover from. Coyle’s replacement, Aidy Boothroyd, and his new foreign signings Harry Sawyer and Jay Emmanuel-Thomas have their task properly cut out.
ISL 2022-23: Five youngsters to watch out for
1)Sivasakthi Narayanan (Bengaluru FC)
2)Jiteshwor Singh (Chennaiyin FC)
3)Ayush Adhikari (Kerala Blasters FC)
4)Lalchungnunga (East Bengal)
5)Kiyan Nassiri (ATK Mohun Bagan FC)
What a great write up.
Very informative.
Nice write up Kiran 👍
Thanks hullshaker and spacelover

Good morning, guys,
Today’s MAIN BET
St Johnstone vs Celtic (Scottish Premier League) – kick off 12:30
Bet365 betbuider
Celtic over 5 team corners
St Johnstone over 1 card
Highest scoring half – 2nd half
@ 12/5
Celtic average 9.5 corner away from home
St. Johnstone average 3.25 cards per game at Mc Diarmid Park
St Johnstone have not conceded a 1st half goal in last 6 home fixtures
and only 2 first half goals in last 12 home games.
With Celtic playing in Europe last week, and again next week, coupled
with this being an early kick off, things might start off slowly with Saints
soaking up any early Celtic pressure. Anyway, that’s my theory.
Good luck with all bets today!!!
WINNER – Got a little bit lucky there, goals in 93rd and 95th mins land this one.
Probably not the most creative bet ever but I’m taking on the man of the moment to grab a brace for the main bet…in fact, there’s a fair chance he could fill his boots against a wobbly Saints side.
Risk involved here is for a substitution but we worth a go for 2+…
MAN CITY VS. SOUTHAMPTON (3.00pm)
HAALAND OVER 1.5 GOALS
(13/10, bet365) NAP ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
HAALAND OVER 2.5 GOALS
(4/1, bet365) NB ⭐️⭐️
MAN CITY OVER 7.5 GOALS
(25/1, bet365) LONGSHOT⭐️
Best of luck!
4/1 for a player of any stature to score a hat trick at any level is poor odds in my book.
Bet 365 boosted haaland to score 3 to 11/2 now hull
I would agree Chelseagirl but he isnt your average “player”… he’s a goalscoring.. MACHINE! 🤖
I agree, 4/1 would never usually be good odds BUT given the form he is in and the goals/hat-tricks already hit against better opposition, it was worthy of a good look.
Didn’t come in mind 😂

Bochun – E. FRANKFURT OVER 8,5 odd 1.55
Chelsea v Wolves
By rights Chelsea should destroy us today. However I have a gut feel that the team will be that lifted by Bruno Lage getting sacked that it may just be different. The players have looked noticeably happier in training this week and I think they will play with more drive and freedom than we’ve seen with the Lage stranglehold sucking the life out of the team.
Not saying we’re going to win. Although our record isn’t bad.
Last 3 H2H have been a score draw and prior to that 2 goalless draws. Prior to that a win each.
A plus that we have is James Collins (youth coach) and Steve Davies (youth coach) are leading the team out. Davies is a lifelong wolves fan and his youth team are remarkably more exciting than Lage’s wolves were.
Another final point is that Diego Costa the king of S**thousery returns to Stamford bridge.
Now it’s quite possible that Chelsea will slaughter us but I can’t help but try a few cheeky ones. Low stakes.
– Wolves 1+ goal
– wolves 2+ corners
– Costa 1+ shot
13/5
– wolves not to lose
– wolves 1+ goal
– wolves 3+ corners
– Costa 1+ shot on target
16/1
Line ups are in. Chelsea have made some changes. Steve Davis has picked a good team. Square pegs in Square holes.
Happy with my bets above.
Oh wow. We’re dog sh*t. New manager will have his work cut out.

It seems a lot for a short price but I honestly think it’s a pretty save bet.
Hibs rack up more corners than Celtic this season, city need no explanation, Bournemouth at home to score v Leicester who are anything but tight at the back especially away, Aberdeen just need to notch a goal v Utd who have 1 win in ten.
Best of luck today folks 😎

🇨🇴 Fortaleza v Valledupar 🇨🇴
22:05
Colombian Categoria Primera B
Valledupar to score 2-1 NAP 🇨🇴 SKYBET 🇨🇴
Side bet
BTTS and over 2.5 goals 4-1 🇨🇴 HILLS 🇨🇴
This is the last round of games with the top 8 qualifying for the promotion play offs.
Fortaleza are top and safely through, but will presumably win to cement their top rank standing.
Valledupar are 2nd bottom and this is their last game this term.
Last 2 head to heads this year finished 1-1.
4 of last 5 head to head in last 18 months seen BTTS.
Valledupar scored in 7 of last 10 head to head.
It’s all about attitude, maybe Fortaleza will want to coast through the game with the play offs in mind and valledupar will want to provide their fans (if they have any 😆) with a decent send off
It’s a long shot going off the match and goals odds of course but I’ve got a 2-1 home win in my head and I’m going with my gut feeling on this.
