Wolverhampton Wanderers are still searching for their first Premier League win of the season and will be desperate to get three points on the board when fellow strugglers Crystal Palace come calling.
It looked like Gary O'Neill's men would slump to another demoralising defeat last weekend when they fell 2-0 down away to Brighton with just five minutes to go.
But they somehow rallied to claim a 2-2 draw in a thrilling game, much to the frustration of Slips Tips after he had tipped the Seagulls to win.
Despite sitting second bottom, Wolves are still just fourth in the betting for relegation at 6/4 but those odds could shorten if they flop at home to Palace and Southampton in their next two games.
It was a good weekend for Crystal Palace as a win at home to Tottenham, which saw two bets land for Slips Tips, lifted them above Ipswich Town and out of the drop zone.
They then followed it up with an excellent EFL Cup win over Aston Villa so boss Oliver Glasner will be hoping his side have turned a corner.
How the bookies view it: Very little in it
This is a tough one to call but Betano make Crystal Palace marginal favourites at 6/4. Wolverhampton Wanderers are priced at 13/8 and the draw pays 12/5.
Recent head to head: Wolves are prey for the Eagles
Crystal Palace have dominated this fixture in recent years, winning six of the last seven meetings. The Eagles beat Wolves 3-2 at home last season then followed it up with a 3-1 victory at Molineux.
Players to watch: Cunha's a class act
Matheus Cunha always catches my eye for Wolves and you suspect it won't be long before one of the big boys makes a move for him. The Brazilian's late leveller at Brighton took his tally to four for the season and he's 21/10 with Bet365 for another goal and evens to either score assist.
Crystal Palace always look a more balanced side with Jean-Philippe Mateta up front and he should start again after netting the winner against Spurs. The Frenchman is a tempting 7/5 to either score or assist at Bet365.
Probable line-ups
Wolves are sweating on the fitness of Sam Johnstone and Mario Lemina while Bastien Menadjou, Hee-Chan Hwang, Boubacar Traore, Sasa Kalajdzic, Enso Gonzalez Medina and Yerson Mosquera remain out.
Glasner will probably make a few changes from the team that faced Aston Villa in midweek, with key midfielders Eberechi Eze and Adam Wharton both going off injured in the first half of that cup tie. Jefferson Lerma, Rob Holding, Cheick Doucoure, Chris Richards, Chadi Riad and Matheus Franca also look set to miss out with injuries.
Wolverhampton Wanderers: Sa, Bueno, Dawson, Gomes, Ait-Nouri, Sarabia, Doyle, Semedo, Joao Gomes, Strand Larsen, Cunha.
Crystal Palace: Henderson, Lacroix, Guehi, Chalobah, Mitchell, Lerma, Munoz, Kamada, Sarr, Nketiah, Mateta.
Anything else catch the eye?
With both sides stuck at the wrong end of the table this looks like being a tight game. The half-time draw appeals at 23/20 with Betfred while backing a one-goal winning margin for either side pays 5/4 at McBookie.
Wolverhampton Wanderers have had a full week to prepare for this one while Palace have been in midweek cup action. That makes me think O'Neil's side could make a faster start and backing Wolves to score first pays evens with Betfred.
It could be a busy day for the ref with so much at stake and Wolves midfielder Joao Gomes is 7/4 at Bet365 for a fifth card this term. A red card for either side also pays 11/4 with Betfred.
