Stuttgart's big goal is to return to the Champions League next season, but that goal has become significantly more difficult to achieve after the last few weeks. And now they also have to deal with title favourites Bayern Munich.
Stuttgart looked like one of the main favourites for the Top 4 in the first half of the season, but their performance since mid-January has been disappointing. The poor Champions League results have carried over into the domestic league, as the Swabians have just one win in the last five Bundesliga rounds. And worse, they lost their last two home games as well.
Bayern Munich, on the other hand, are continuing their title raid and have won eight of their last nine Bundesliga games. The exception was a goalless draw with champions Bayer Leverkusen. The Bavarians are almost uncompromising, rarely showing any weaknesses. In the last round, they destroyed Eintracht Frankfurt 4-0 at home and kept their eight-point lead at the top of the standings.

It is quite rare that bookmakers give good odds for Bayern Munich. This is one of those occasions, as you can pick the Bavarians at 13/20. In contrast, the draw is priced at 3/1 and the win for Stuttgart at 15/4.

Stuttgart fans haven't had much reason to rejoice after games against Bayern in recent years, the only exception being the 3-1 win last year. Outside of that rare win, the Bavarians have seven wins in the last 10 H2Hs. They also defeated the Swabians 4-0 at home earlier in the season.
Players to watch: Kane can't stop scoring against Stuttgart
We try to avoid betting on Harry Kane because he's too obvious a choice and the odds are always low, but we can't turn a blind eye to his success in the few games he's played against Stuttgart. The Englishman has scored six goals in the last three games against the Swabians, including a hat-trick in the reverse clash back in October. Kane hasn't scored in three games, so expect him to be at his best against one of his favourite Bundesliga rivals.
