LEICESTER made a flying start to the new Premier League season at West Brom but face a tougher test when Sean Dyche's Burnley come calling.
I tipped the Foxes to see off the newly-promoted side last weekend in a high-scoring game and they delivered with a 3-0 win as two of my three main bets came up.
That showed there was no hangover from Leicester's poor end to last season and boss Brendan Rodgers will now be looking to push on with another victory against the Clarets.
Unlike the Foxes, Burnley ended last term in fine form, going seven games without defeat before losing a dead-rubber against Brighton on the final day.
They were inactive on the opening day of the new campaign, with opponents Manchester United given extra time to recover from their Europa League exertions.
But Dyche's side got 90 minutes under their belts in midweek, showing typical character to come from behind and knock Sheffield United out of the EFL Cup on penalties.
Burnley's squad is weaker than last season, with key midfielder Jeff Hendrick joining Newcastle and no major arrivals coming in, yet they have regularly made a habit of defying the odds.
How the bookies view it
Burnley are as big as 5/1 for a win with Betvictor which looks overpriced given their form towards the end of last season. Leicester's best price is just 13/20 with Betway while the stalemate is 3/1 at Unibet.
Recent head to head
There was little between these sides last term, with Leicester winning 2-1 at the King Power (below) and Burnley getting their revenge by the same score at Turf Moor. The last 10 meetings have produced three Clarets victories, four Foxes wins and three draws.
Team news
Ricardo Pereira remains out injured for Leicester while Jonny Evans is still banned. Christian Fuchs, Filip Benkovic, James Maddison and Wes Morgan are back in training but remain doubts.
Johann Berg Gudmundsson, Ben Mee, Jack Cork and Ashley Barnes are crocked for Burnley while James Tarkowski is a doubt.
Players to watch
Everygreen Jamie Vardy scored a double last weekend but doesn't represent much value here at a best 23/25 with 888Sport for anytime scorer. I'm more drawn to Leicester winger Harvey Barnes who is 3/1 at Bet365 for a goal.
Robbie Brady is back from a long-term injury for Burnley and hit the post in the midweek Cup clash. The Irish midfielder is 9/1 for a goal here with Paddy Power and that looks overpriced.
Anything else catch the eye?
Over 2.5 goals has come up in the last three meetings of these sides but I've a feeling this may be more cagey. So I'm backing under 2.5 strikes at 10/11 with BetVictor.
Two headers were scored in the King Power clash last term so it could pay to back another headed goal at 5/4 with William Hill.
I wouldn't be too surprised if this match was level at half-time and that also pays 5/4, this time at 888Sport.
