Following their Coppa Italia disappointment, Juventus will be seeking some redemption as they host Lazio in their final home game of the season. Lazio are still gunning for a place in Europe next season and should make things difficult for Juve.
Although they have secured Champions League football for next season, it has been an underwhelming campaign for Juventus. They were never in the mix for the title and are set to end the season without any silverware for the first time in over a decade.
Juventus will head into Monday’s clash off the back of a 4-2 defeat to Inter Milan in the final of the Coppa Italia. Despite showing great character coming from behind to lead through Alex Sandro and Dusan Vlahovic, they were let down by some poor defending and lost it in extra-time.
Massimiliano Allegri’s men have suffered just one defeat in their last 11 Serie A matches at the Allianz Stadium and beat Spezia 2-1 in their previous home fixture.
While Juventus have little to play for at the moment, Lazio are still gunning for a Europa League place. With Roma stumbling at home against Venezia on Saturday, they have the chance to open up a five-point gap over their local rivals.
Lazio appear to have hit their stride as the season draws to a close and have suffered just one defeat in their last six matches. Maurizio Sarri’s men have claimed four wins in that run, including a 2-0 victory over Venezia in their previous Serie A fixture with Patric and Luis Alberto getting the goals.
Things have been just as smooth for Lazio on their recent travels where they have won their last two matches. However, they tend to struggle on the road against some of the bigger sides and have suffered heavy defeats at the likes of Napoli, Inter Milan and Roma.
How the bookies view it

Recent head to head
Juventus have claimed three wins and a draw from the last four matches against Lazio and won 2-0 in the reverse fixture back in November. The Turin club have also won the last two meetings at the Allianz Stadium, including a 3-1 victory in the most recent clash.
Players to watch
Dusan Vlahovic will be the one to watch on Monday. The Serbian striker has six Serie A goals for Juventus and is priced at 23/18 by SBK to find the net.
Ciro Immobile failed to find the net last time out for Lazio but remains the leading scorer in Serie A with 27 goals. The striker is the biggest attacking threat for the capital club and is priced at 6/4 by Paddy Power to get on the score sheet on Monday.
Anything else catch the eye?
Juventus and Lazio have plenty of quality in attack and with neither side particularly solid at the back, goals can be expected here. Over 3.5 goals is valued at 41/20 by Unibet while over 2.5 goals is priced at 5/6 by SBK.
Both teams have scored some late goals in recent weeks and could be backed to score in the second half at 2/1 with bet365.
