GROUP H teams are the last to hit the big stage with Colombia v Japan followed by the more appetising Poland v Senegal clash.

And the second-round matches start with what could be a cracker between Russia and Egypt.

Poland v Senegal (4pm)

Too many games have gone under 2.5 goals but Poland v Senegal could buck the trend on Tuesday.

All 10 of the Poles' qualifiers went over 2.5 goals with Robert Lewandowski netting The Bayern Munich 16 of 28 and the defence conceding 14.

Adam Nawalka's side rely on Lew as much as Argentina do Lionel Messi and is 3-1 at William Hill to score first and 11-10 at William Hill to net.

On the other side Senegal have an equally exciting talent in the shape of Liverpool's Sadio Mane.

I tipped him early to top-score for his country and is 13-5 at bet365 to net and 13-2 to break the deadlock.

Both sides have questionable defences and stand-out attackers so that should bring up over 2.5 goals at 17-10 with Marathonbet.

Colombia v Poland

In the earlier Group G match Colombia should be too good for an ageing Japan – the oldest squad at the finals.

James Rodriguez will be South Americans' main man but don't rule out a big show from Radamel Falcao who is playing in his first finals at the age of 32.

New Japan manager Akira Nishino only took charge in April and has restored veterans Keisuke Honda, Shinji Kagawa and Shinji Okazaki but his men look set to struggle.

Back Colombia at 4-6 with William Hill and consider under 2.5 match goals at 8-15 with William Hill.

Russia v Egypt (7pm)

The second-round games start with Russia v Egypt and an introduction for Mo Salah.

Liverpool's hero wasn't risked against Uruguay but will be needed as his side try to get off the mark after a 1-0 defeat.

Russia routed a rotten Saudi Arabia side and it will be interesting to see how they fare against better oppostion.

They'll be in confident mood and I'm on a score draw at 4-1 with McBookie with the assumption Salah will be a little rusty. He is 12-5 at Unibet to score on his comeback.

    COLOMBIA VS. JAPAN (1300 KO):

Not sure whether Rodriguez will play due to injury and although he’ll be a big loss, the South American’s are a very solid outfit and a side not to be underestimated.

As Mentioned by Mr F, Japan have made some big decisions in recent months after sacking their old gaffer and reinstalling some older players; time will tell and despite the flack they’ve had, the most recent warm-up games weren’t a disaster.

I’m taking on the Colombians though – too strong and too physical for the Japanese – prices for goals are good and there’s plenty of talent on offer up top even if Rodriguez doesn’t start:

COLOMBIA OVER 4.5 SHOTS ON TARGET…8/11
    ????
    (Bet365)

    COLOMBIA OVER 1.5 TGS…11/10
    ??
    (Bet365)

    Best of luck ?

Looks like a 3rd minute red for Colombia bombed out any chance of this one. Can’t legislate for some things.

    Russia v Egypt
Egypt to win at 16/5 (NAP)*****
    Mohamed Salah to score anytime
    Correct score 0-1
Russia scored 5 goals in their opening game against the Saudi’s which made them look good, don’t let them goals fool you though we won’t see nothing like that between these two sides that i can almost be sure of,what we should see here is a well organised Egypt side play the patient game and hit Russia on the counter attack. In Egypt’s last game they showed that they are capable of matching the good teams by holding Uruguay until they scored a late winner, now in that game the only thing missing for me was a player with pace which could open them up and that was Salah, for todays game though he;s back the missing link and i think he will cause problems here for Russia,it’s not a mismatch this game by any means but for me having a player like Salah will be the difference here and the price for an Egypt win certainly tempts better than A Russian one.I also like the looks of under 1.5 goals at 6/4,all in all a narrow win for Egypt 0-1.
