I'VE had a couple of days without a bet and make no apology for that.
However, I do feel something's been missing from my life and I'm backing England on Thursday as they bid for a Women's World Cup semi-final slot.
Phil Neville's side have four wins out of four and been improving as the tournament progresses.
Their last-16 defeat of Cameroon was shrouded in controversy and skipper Steph Houghton is out after being the victim of a horror tackle. Millie Bright has also been ruled out so Neville will be forced to make two defensive changes to key players.
It's up front though where England look most impressive and should have too much firepower for a Norway side that lost to France in the group stage then scraped past Australia on penalties.
England look a fair price at 11-10 with Ladbrokes and William Hill while Norway are a best 11-4 at sportingbet. Without Houghton and Bright Norway's chances of scoring increase and maybe btts instead of an England win is the way to go.
Elsewhere Copa America continues with Brazil v Paraguay in the early hours of Friday morning and you have to fancy the hosts after their 5-0 defeat of Peru. Brazil though are short so consider them -1 at 1-2 with bet365.
And in the European Under-21 Championships, that have produced loads of goals, Germany tackle Romania and France face Spain at the semi-finals stage.
There are six Europa League qualifers with some unknowns and some little knowns. Progres Niederkorn, who beat Rangers two seasons ago, are in there and are 3-10 with BetVictor to beat Cardiff Met Uni in Luxembourg.
It's Wales v Northern Ireland as Barry Town entertain Cliftonville and going by prices it should be close.

Their opponents are Skovde who sit 2nd with the best defence in the league in playing 14 games scoring 21 goals and only conceding 11 and sit joint top with Trollhattan who are a great side.
Lindome are bottom of the “form” table in that they have scored 3 in last 5 and conceded 13 with picking up 1 single point.
Skovde AIK are 4th in form table scoring 8 goals in 5 games and conceding 2 picking up 11 points.
When I saw the prices for this game I was shocked even with Skovde away from home where they are also doing well (13 points from 21)
Skovde last 11 games have seen them score 16 goals and only defeated 1x with 5 wins and 5 draws and most recent a 4-0 humping off atvidabergs who are much better than Lindome.
