Football Tips: Will there be cards, corners & goals in Belarus

BELARUS remain European football fans’ go-to place for live action and Greg's stats study paid off for me last weekend.

Next up at 3pm it’s Gorodeja v BATE and a surprise home win has a chance. Oleg Radushko’s men are in fine form with three wins to nil and haven’t lost at home to BATE since 2011.

BATE have lost three of their previous four away fixtures and with Gorodeja a big price at 11-2 with Ladbrokes I’m on them draw no bet at 10-3 with bet365. This is instead of bookings because as Greg's updated table shows they are two of the best behaved in the league. Check out the table and remember to listen to his latest podcast.

The third game sees champions Dynamo Brest at home to Shakhter Soligorsk at 5pm. Brest have lost just one out of nine against the Miners and have won the last two 2-0 with a third paying 9-1 at BetVictor.

Dynamo lost just once last season and have lost once at home since last July so it’s easy to see why Shakhter are huge underdogs. Brest should take the points at Ladbrokes at 23-20.

Booking points are set high for this one so consider over 1.5 match goals, over 8.5 corners and over 25 booking points at 6-5 with Sky Bet.

On Sunday Slutsk v Belshina offers up the chance of a cardfest and Slutsk are 2-1 to have most bookings.

Typically I tuned into a 0-0 and to laugh as before extra time started the summariser said he hoped both players – Maupay and O'Neill – were staying hydrated. O'Neill sure did as he won thanks to a Golden Goal.
