Saturday’s Football Bet of the Day sees me head to the lower leagues in Norway, and I’ve highlighted one fixture in particular that appeals to me for goals.

Tromsdalen will look to go top of the Norwegian Division 2 Group 2 table tomorrow afternoon as they welcome seventh-placed Grorud to the TUIL Arena in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.
Alexander Samuelsen’s hosts are the joint second-highest scorers in the Norwegian third tier, slamming in 41 goals across their opening 16 matches, with 26 (63%) of them coming on home soil.
The Tromso-based club have found the back of the net in each of their opening 16 league outings – notching on multiple occasions in 12 (75%) of them, including in 7/8 (88%) of them in front of their supporters – and will look to add to their impressive goal-tally against a Grorud defence that has conceded 30 goals and recorded just two clean sheets in the league this season, with neither of those shutouts arriving on their travels.
Grorud are the leading scorers in the Norwegian third tier, banging in an impressive 47 goals across their opening 16 matches, with 21 (45%) of them coming on their travels.
Prior to their goalless draw with leaders Skeid last week, the capital club had notched in each of their opening 15 league outings – striking on multiple occasions in 12 (80%) of them – and will look to add to their impressive goal-tally against a Tromsdalen defence that has also conceded 30 goals and recorded just two clean sheets in the league this season, with neither of those shutouts coming in their previous 10 matches.

Grorud’s opening 16 fixtures in the Norwegian third tier this term are averaging an unbelievable 4.89 goals per game, with Over 3.5 Goals banking in 13 (81%) of them – and given the same has also landed in 13/16 (81%) of Tromsdalen’s league outings – I’m happy to have a punt on there being a minimum of four goals in this one, a selection that also landed in the reverse fixture in April.
