To Score 2+ Goals Tips

Guys, I’m back with another column ahead of the midweek action. Two teams that I like the look of to score 2+ goals this week are Forest Green and Wycombe.

Forest Green returned to winning ways in the English National League with a 2-1 win over Yeovil on New Year's Day. Rovers are unbeaten in the league since September and just one point off top spot. Steve Cotterill’s side have scored 2+ goals in 14 of their 24 English National League games this season, including seven out of 11 at home. They are taking on a Dagenham and Redbridge side that are down in 15th place in the table. The Daggers recently conceded three goals away at Wealdstone and four at home to Braintree. They look set to concede 2+ at the New Lawn against a Forest Green side that will be looking to go top of the league.

Next up is Wycombe at home to Huddersfield in English League One. Wycombe are back at home on Tuesday night after a red card led to them drawing 1-1 with Blackpool at the weekend. That was just the eighth time in 24 league games that the Chairboys have failed to score 2+ goals this season. They will be up against a Huddersfield side that are without a clean sheet in five of their last nine away from home. The Terriers have conceded 2+ goals in recent league games with Lincoln and Crawley.

Going for the usual 3 points double that pays 11/4 with Boylesports.

Both Teams to Score Double

Other goals bets l like the look of this week are a BTTS double of Dundee vs Rangers and Tottenham vs Liverpool, 1 point @ 6/4.

  • Dundee  are BTTS in 15 of their 21 Scottish Premiership matches this season, and Rangers have seen both teams score in their last three league games away from home.
  • Tottenham are BTTS in their last 10 home matches in all competitions, and Liverpool have seen both teams score in five of their last six matches.

Over 2.5 Goals Tips

An over 2.5 goals treble of Celtic, Motherwell and Peterborough,1 point at 3/1.

  • Celtic are overs in 14 out of 20 Scottish Premiership games this season, Dundee United have seen over 2.5 goals in their last three league games away from home.
  • 16 of Motherwell’s 21 Scottish Premiership matches this season have ended with over 2.5 goals, Kilmarnock scored four in a recent home game with Aberdeen.
  • Everton scored three goals in an EFL Cup home game with Doncaster earlier this season, and Peterborough are overs in 18 of their 24 English League One games this season.

A roll-up of all seven pays 35/1 for 0.5 pts and a roll-up of all seven being overs pays 25/1 for 0.5pts.

Good luck with your bets this midweek.

Desmond.
