THE world's greatest player could be heading for an embarrassing early exit if Argentina slip up again tonight.
Lionel Messi's missed penalty proved costly as the Argies could only draw 1-1 with Iceland in their Group D opener and he'll be fired up to make amends in a tricky clash against the classy Croats.
Zlatko Dalic's men didn't need to get out of second gear as they cruised to a 2-0 victory over an awful Nigeria side in their first match. They have a midfield full of world-class talent such as Luka Modric and Ivan Rakitic and can cause the stuttering Albiceleste problems.
The Argentina defence didn't convince against Iceland and any team with Willy Caballero as their first-choice keeper is always liable to concede.
Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic will spearhead the Croat attack and they have the quality to rattle one past Caballero, making the 21-20 offered by BetStars for both teams to score an attractive bet.
