I HAD some decent wins at the weekend but was frustrated by the both teams to score lines.
Two out of four on my English and Scottish lines was disappointing especially as they were loads of goals in the games I called right.
However, as reader Tony rightly pointed out I had four out of four on my European experiment on Sunday so that's some redemption.
Two of the English I chose on Saturday featured the Sheffield clubs with United drawing 1-1 at Scunthorpe and Wednesday putting the Blades top by seeing off MK Dons 3-1.
I see no reason to desert the Sheffield clubs so start Tuesday's line with them. The Blades are up against a Huddersfield side in what should be a cracking Yorkshire derby.
Huddersfield are unbeaten after seven games and I reckon this will be a score draw. Both teams to score pays 4-6 at bet365.
Wednesday travel to a Stevenage side who have adapted fairly well to life in League One. They have lost just one but have drawn four others and this also looks a score draw. This one pays 4-5 at Skybet.
Bradford are unbeaten in three since Phil Parkinson took over and should at least be confident of scoring against a Port Vale side who have conceded 11 in seven games.
Vale, however, are deadly at the other end with 17 goals netted so look at both to score at 4-6 with bet365.
My final choice is Burton v Crewe. Both have hit a bit of form and scored five between them at the weekend. This pays 8-11 with bet365 and William Hill.
Both teams to score
Sheff Utd v Huddersfield
Stevenage v Sheff Wed
Burton v Crewe
Port Vale v Bradford
