IT'S great to welcome back a full card and be rid of internationals that play havoc with goals lines.
So let's waste no time with the first pick and it's got to be Burnley v Middlesbrough – two teams who have netted in their last six games.
Boro have been superb in Tony Mowbray's second season in charge and have won their last four away.
Burnley have been less impressive but beat Derby away in their last outing and their previous six matches have featured 25 goals. This one pays a best 4-6 at Coral.
Another Championship game I like the look of is Peterborough v Hull. Punters will be all over Boro after their 7-1 trouncing of Ipswich but Hull are sure to make it difficult.
After losing 4-1 at Leeds they have tightened up, culminating in a 1-0 victory over Reading. Peterborough have netted nine in their two home games so a Hull clean sheet is unlikely and I'd take both teams to score at 4-7 with bet365.
Next I'm looking at Scunthorpe v Sheffield United – two sides who will be hoping to challenge for promotion and two who have netted in their last six.
Scunny have made a disappointing start after relegation from the Championship and are still looking for their first win. However, their six games have featured 18 goals and a 3-2 defeat at Charlton and 2-2 draw at Sheffield Wednesday suggests they're not too far away.
The Blades battered four past Bury in their last outing and have made a decent start. The last three meetings have produced 14 goals and both teams to score is a best 4-6 at bet365.
Next go for United's rivals Sheffield Wednesday who have boosted their attacking options with the capture of Bury's top scorer Ryan Lowe.
He'll complement an attack that has hit the target in five of their last six – the exception being a 0-0 Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash at Bradford.
However, Lowe is an injury doubt so that may have an effect. MK Dons, meanwhile, are looking better by the week and sit top of the table with a 100 per cent away record.
I can see them winning 2-1 or 3-1 so look at both teams to score at 7-10 with Stan James.
