Cardiff City got their first EFL Championship win of the season in midweek and will be looking to build on that with another victory at Bristol City as they bid to climb out of the drop zone.
Interim boss Omer Riza led the Bluebirds to a 1-0 home win over Millwall on Tuesday after Erol Bulut paid the price for failing to win any of his first six matches of the new league season.
Cardiff still remain bottom of the pile but Riza will be looking to get some more points on the board before the club appoint Bulut's successor, a move they are likely to make during the international break.
It won't be easy against the mid-table Robins though, with Bristol City currently on a three-match unbeaten run after following up a win over Oxford with successive draws against Swansea and Sheffield Wednesday.
They bust my coupon by coming from behind to draw with the Swans but will now be targeting all three points as they host another Welsh side.
How the bookies view it: Robins to stay on song
With Bristol City in good form, it's no surprise to see them as Betano's 8/11 favourites with home advantage. Cardiff City are 7/2 outsiders for a second successive win and the draw pays 5/2.
Recent head to head: Cardiff out to keep run going
There has been nothing between these sides in recent years, with the last 12 meetings producing six victories apiece. But it's Cardiff who are on a better run at the moment, winning the last three, including a 1-0 triumph at Ashton Gate back in March.
Players to watch: El Ghazi out to find his shooting boots
Anwar El Ghazi has yet to get off the mark for Cardiff but was always a goal threat in his days at Aston Villa and PSV Eindhoven. The Egyptian is 9/2 at Betano for anytime scorer which looks a decent price.
Sinclair Armstrong has been leading the line for Bristol City but faces competition from veteran Nakhi Wells. He should start again and is 31/20 with Betano for anytime scorer.
Probable line-ups
Cardiff City should be along similar lines to their win over Millwall as they bid to build some momentum. Veteran Aaron Ramsey remains out along with Will Fish, Callum O'Dowda, Jesper Daland, Kion Etete and Ryotaro Tsunoda.
Bristol City are set to be without Ayman Benarous, Robert Dickie, Ross McCrorie and Rob Atkinson again.
Bristol City: O'Leary, Pring, Vyner, McNally, Tanner, Hirakawa, Williams, Twine, Mehmeti, Knight, Armstrong.
Cardiff City: Alnwick, Goutas, Chambers, Bagan, Ng, Ralls, Robertson, El Ghazi, Colwill, Tanner, Robinson.
Anything else catch the eye?
Bristol City midfielder Joe Williams has been getting stuck in, with four yellow cards in just nine appearances this term. He's 12/5 with Bet365 to into the book again and that looks a decent price based on those stats.
Neither side has been scoring a lot of goals of late so I'd be surprised if this was a thriller. Under 2.5 looks worth a bet at 10/11 with Bet365 while betting against BTTS pays 5/6 with the same firm.
Cardiff may set up to frustrate so the half-time draw might come up at 6/5 with Bet365. Backing most goals to come after the break also appeals at 21/20.
