Paris St-Germain and Real Madrid treated us to plenty of thrills in the Club World Cup quarter-finals so sparks should hopefully fly when they face off tonight.
The French champions had to dig deep against Bayern Munich on Saturday, with a late goal from Ousmane Dembele sealing a 2-0 win after they had been reduced to nine men.
There was also stoppage-time drama as Real Madrid beat Dortmund 3-2, with three goals coming in added time as the Spanish giants also had a player sent off.
Now these two European titans face off in what should be a fascinating semi-final as they bid to line up a final against Chelsea.
Paris St-Germain vs Real Madrid top betting tips
The European champions are a well-oiled machine while Real Madrid remain a work in progress under new boss Xabi Alonso so it's no surprise to see PSG as BoyleSports' 4/6 favourites to reach the final.
But backing the French side to win in normal time boosts the odds to 5/4 and that bet appeals after it landed for me in their quarter-final against Bayern.
All of the red cards in those quarter-finals came for defenders so both managers will need to tweak things at the back. That bodes well for goals but combining BTTS with over 2.5 goals only pays 3/4 at BoyleSports. Over 1.5 first-half goals is better at 5/4.
I went for a fouls double in Real's quarter-final and it came up just short as Dortmund's Julian Ryerson only committed one foul. But Aurelien Tchouameni kept up his side of the bargain with two fouls early in the first half. The Real midfielder is 7/4 for over 1.5 fouls here and that looks good value.
Shelbourne vs Linfield
There's a powderkeg tie in the Champions League qualifiers tonight as north faces south in Ireland, with Shelbourne taking on Linfield.
Sparks usually fly whenever teams cross the border and this is one of the biggest games both teams have played.
Shelbourne are still reeling from the departure of title-winning boss Damien Duff but are BoyleSports' 21/20 favourites with home advantage.
Those odds look decent value given the Northern Irish season has yet to get underway, with Shelbourne sharper as they're 25 games into their domestic campaign.
Going for cards should pay off in what should be a fiery match but I've yet to see any prices for that market. We should see plenty of corners as both teams go for it though and over 9.5 flag kicks pays 10/11 at Bet365.
England Women vs Netherlands Women
England's defence of their women's European Championship crown hasn't gone to plan so far and they could be eliminated after just two games if they lose to the Dutch tonight.
Getting off to a good start was vital in this ‘Group of Death' so it was a disaster for the Lionesses as they lost 2-1 to France. That came after the Dutch had eased to a 3-0 win over Wales so all the pressure is on England heading into this one.
The bookies reckon the holders will bounce back in the second Group D game, with BoyleSports making Sarina Wiegman's side 8/11 favourites and the Netherlands 3/1 outsiders.
England won 3-2 when these sides last faced off so it bodes well for an entertaining match. BTTS pays just 8/11 at BoyleSports but adding on over 2.5 goals boosts the odds to 6/5.
Alessia Russo should lead the line again for the Lionesses and she's 13/8 for anytime scorer which looks worth a punt as she bids to get off the mark at the Euros.
Wednesday's Super Singles
- Aurelien Tchouameni over 1.5 fouls 7/4 Bet365
- Shelbourne to win 21/20 BoyleSports
- Alessia Russo anytime scorer 13/8 BoyleSports
