The Champions League gets underway tonight and there's a cracker in Bilbao as Athletic Club host Arsenal.
Both teams reached European semi-finals last term, with Bilbao losing to Manchester United in the Europa League and the Gunners coming up short against PSG in the big one.
Both teams have made good starts to the new campaign domestically so the stage is set for a cracker tonight.
Athletic Bilbao v Arsenal
With the Basques losing to a poor Manchester United side in their last European home game, it's not a big surprise to see Arsenal as BoyleSports' 10/11 favourites for this one.
Athletic's success last term was built on a solid defence but they've only kept one clean sheet this term.
I've a feeling this will be a tight game but under 2.5 goals doesn't offer much value at just 4/5 with BoyleSports.
The foul markets are probably the best place to find some decent bets as the Basques always get stuck in.
Veteran left-back Yuri Berchiche should be up against the lively Noni Madueke so he looks good at 5/2 for over 1.5 fouls.
All but one of Bilbao's games this term have hit double figures for corners while the same stat applies to Arsenal's last two outings. That makes over 9.5 corners worth a punt here at 20/23.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Villarreal
Tottenham are back in the Champions League after winning last season's Europa League and have a tricky opener at home to Villarreal.
Thomas Frank has made a good start since taking the reins from Ange Postecoglou, winning three out of four in the league after losing the Super Cup on penalties to PSG.
BoyleSports make Spurs 20/23 favourites to get their Champions League campaign off to a flier but it won't be easy against Villarreal.
The La Liga side will offer a threat going forward and have a livewire up front in Georges Mikautadze. The Georgian has just arrived from Lyon and looks good at 11/10 just to have over 1.5 shots.
Backing him to get one of those on target also pays 6/5 and that's another good option.
Tottenham will looking for new signing Mohammed Kudus to provide a spark and he's 9/4 for a goal at BoyleSports.
Real Madrid vs Marseille
Real Madrid had the European crown snatched from them during a desperately disappointing final season for manager Carlo Ancelotti.
They bowed out in the quarter-finals to Arsenal and the Spanish giants will be desperate to put up more of a fight in the Champions League this season under new boss Xabi Alonso.
Their former midfield general has made a fine start in La Liga, with four successive wins, and it would be a big surprise if they slipped up in Europe at home to Marseille.
The French side have lost both their away games in Ligue 1 this season while failing to score. So a Real Madrid win to nil tonight could be worth a punt at 6/4 with BoyleSports while backing them at -1 in the handicap pays 20/23.
Real Madrid's home games in last season's Champions League were awash with corners, averaging over 13. That makes over 10.5 corners worth a look tonight at 13/10 with BoyleSports.
