Ipswich’s visit to the King Power stadium tonight could go a long way to determining who’ll make a return to the top flight next season.
It could be Ipswich’s last chance to put the brakes on Leicester City’s charge towards the Premiers League, defeat would see them fall 10 points behind Enzo Marseca’s men.
The Tractor Boys returned to winning ways with a welcome 2-1 victory over Sunderland, ending a run of five without a win (D4 L1) which had seen pick up just four points from 15.
The Foxes were given a wake-up call last time out at in-form Coventry. They were 1-0 up before Abdul Fatawu’s red card just before half-time. They then conceded three to suffer their fourth defeat of the campaign.
Their tales have been up at home however and have scored 16 in their last five at the King Power. 11 wins from 13 on their own turf is impressive and probably makes it too tall an order for and Ipswich side who have faltered in the last month or so.
It’s 5/6 on the home win or you can have the same odds on the Foxes scoring two or more, something they’ve done in nine of their 13 at home and in 18 of 27 overall.
Brighton put six past Wolves at the Amex last season and the two sides meet tonight with just three points separating them in the Premier League table.
Wolves are aiming to win four top-flight fixtures in a row for the first time since January 1972 but they’ve won only six of 39 clashes with the Seagulls and conceded 16 in the last four meetings, so the signs aren’t good.
West Ham are the only team to have won at Brighton this season but both teams have scored in all 10 matches there this campaign and Brighton have scored two or more on six occasions.
Wolves will be without 11-goal Hwang Hee-chan who is on South Korean international duty which is another tick on the box for the hosts who look the best option at 13/20.
They might have to score a few to land the points so adding in two or more goals for Roberto di Zerbi’s men makes for a 20/23 BetBuilder.

Wolves double chance at 5/4 b365

Some prices that seem a tad high for me. All with William Hill
Brighton v Wolves
– 10+ Free Kicks and 18+ Throws in each half @7/1
– 23+ Free Kicks and 39 Throws @6/1
Brighton average 15.1 throws at home and 14 FK’s at home. Wolves avg 16.3 throws and 13.75 free kicks away from home.
Brighton avergae just 28 throws per match at home however Wolves avergae 36.22 per game.
If this is a competative match then I think these have a decent shot.

Waiting on Dawson to commit a foul for my acca , seen he was booked by sky not showing it up as a foul ??
Yeh the ridiculous loophole the bookies get away with because they use opta stats.. Foul was commited but because advantage was played it does not count. Ref went back and booked him after play stopped. Opta must of received a few quid off bookies to not record them as by definition they do not record these commuted fouls as such even though they are. Saving them £1000s
So took Dawson to commit 1 foul with PP and also took him to be carded with Hills…Hills paid out for the card, yet PP wont pay out for the foul. so if he didn’t foul anyone, why are Hills paying out for a yellow. Had a long and ultimately fruitless conversation with PP…utter madness
Yep I personally and my friend have lost £1000s just in the last 2 months due to this bizarre technicality the bookies stand behind. It’s all down to opta why they are not recoding fouls that are fouls is very strange given the state recording is (foul commited) which would by definition include any foul with an advantage played. I think a few quid must of swapped hands for them not to record these tbh because it just doesn’t make sense other than to save bookies money
Ok thanks for the info ?
