STATS THE WAY TO DO IT..

NOT much taking the eye again today so we thought it'd be an idea to give you some insight into where to look for those all-important stats on some of the more obscure leagues you can find value in.

There are loads of stats sites out there and we're sure you'll have your own favorites, but here's a selection of some of the ones we rely on every day to do the digging to help find the winners.

FUTBOL24

Futbol24 is first and foremost a live scores site but it is also a great tool for looking ahead at what is coming up on the betting horizon. Using the coupon-style set-up, a glance at F24 can give you an idea of where the value may be found in the days to come. F24 also has some basic stats that can help you quickly rule in or rule out a game including, H2Hs, Over/Under 2.5 percentages, recent results, and Home & Aways.

SOCCERWAY

We're sure most of you are already in about Soccerway but if not then it's a must for digging right into games. With full squad listings, H2Hs, archived results, comprehensive general stats, and even the occasional news article section on individual games, Soccerway has it all. This site is superb if you have team news and are looking to check the strength of a line-up, something that has proved invaluable during the winter friendlies program where we gave the traders a bit of a lesson in studying!

B310.com

We all know the Chinese love a punt and this stats site comes straight from China with everything and more. When we stumbled across B310.com and realized it translated well into English it was like a dream come true. This site has stats for everything you could ever need and covers leagues from all over the world including youths, women's leagues, and many of the more obscure leagues that aren't covered elsewhere. We're not going to go into what this site has as it would probably be easier telling you what it hasn't got. Give B310 the once over for yourself…

Not every game we may be looking to have a bet on will be covered by a stats site so what we will do if tipping up a game is provide links to where we did our research to let you get in about it. It's a great idea to bookmark anything that we post and you can build up an extensive list of links to some of the more weird and wonderful. This may well stand you in good stead in the future if a game appears in play somewhere at short or with no notice.
