SlipsTips takes a look at the Bet Builder market ahead of Burnley's Premier League clash with Tottenham on Wednesday night.

Burnley vs Tottenham (Wednesday, 19:30)

Two teams with very different Premier League priorities go toe-to-toe on Wednesday night, as Burnley welcome Tottenham.

Sean Dyche’s side snapped an 11-game winless run with a brilliant 3-0 win at Brighton on Saturday, while Spurs sunk Man City 3-2 in an enthralling encounter at the Etihad.

However, neither team can afford to rest on their laurels this midweek and it’s the 4/5 (SkyBet) available on each team to hit 3+ corners and each team to receive 10+ booking points that makes appeal once more.

The Clarets are averaging just 4.36 corners-per game this season, a figure that rises to 5.30 when operating at their Lancashire base.

Tottenham, meanwhile, have upped their attacking output under Antonio Conte's tutorship, with the Lilywhites earning a shade under 5.5 flagkicks per 90 minutes, comfortably covering the 3+ line in nine of their last 11 league outings.

With that in mind, as well as both sides desperately pursuing Premier League points for different reasons, I'm more than happy to back each team to deliver a minimum of three corners on Tuesday night.

With a closely-fought contest between two teams who will have their tails up anticipated, I'll complete the combination with each side to receive 10+ booking points.

Burnley, who are averaging 2.00 cards-per game this season, have collected at least one caution in 12 of their last 14 league games, while Tottenham’s tally sits at 1.90  per outing, increasing to 2.09 on their travels.

Granted, referee Graham Scott is generally a middle of the range card issuer (av 3.25 pg), but it’s worth noting the English whistler has awarded both teams a card in 13 of his last 14 outings across all competitions, including each of his last five Premier League assignments.

What’s more, the aforementioned Bet Builder would have paid out in Burnley’s win at Brighton last time out as well Tottenham’s recent loss to Wolves, and that only adds to the appeal of siding with the same wager at Turf Moor on Wednesday night.
