Not only have Villa become a winning machine when operating at their West Midlands base, but they have been thrilling the home faithful with a number of impressive attacking performances for good measure.
The Villans have smashed in a league-high 20 goals across their opening five Premier League home games of the season, delivering multiple strikes on each of those occasions.
The likes of Brighton and West Ham were swept aside with devastating ease by 6-1 and 4-1 scorelines respectively and latest visitors Fulham could suffer a similar fate on Sunday.

As such, I’m more than happy to back Aston Villa to help themselves to another couple of goals here, but to bolster the odds, I’ll also go with Fulham’s Joao Palhinha to commit a minimum of one foul during this match-up.
Having already clocked up four cards in nine appearances this season, the Portuguese midfielder continues to be one of the Premier League’s most prolific hatchet men.
What’s more, Fulham’s star man has committed at least one foul in eight of his nine top-flight outings this term, so he has to be fancied to get on the wrong side of the referee at least once here given the ferocious attacking home form of Aston Villa.
