SlipsTips shares a Bet Builder ahead of Colombia’s clash with Bolivia in South American World Cup qualifying on Friday.

Colombia vs Bolivia (Friday, 00:30)

Colombia will look to return to winning ways in World Cup qualifying when they play host to Bolivia in the early hours of Friday morning.

Los Cafeteros’ are currently occupying the all-important sixth spot in the South American qualifying standings.

Meanwhile, Bolivia are two places and five points behind their hosts heading into the final stretch of the campaign.

Colombia Win

Colombia will have earmarked this fixture as one where three points are crucial in their bid to reach next year’s World Cup.

While Nestor Lorenzo’s side have drawn each of their last three matches, this looks like an ideal opportunity to get back on track. What’s more, confidence is unlikely to be too low in the Colombia camp after they battled their way to a 1-1 draw away at Argentina last time out.

As for Bolivia, they have struggled on their travels throughout the campaign, coming away empty-handed from seven of their eight away matches so far, which doesn’t augur well for their trip to the Estadio Metropolitano.

BTTS No

Not only have Bolivia found it difficult to pick up points away from home, they have been relatively shot-shy in front of goal. In fact, La Verde have failed to fire in five of their eight South American qualifiers outside of their Bolivian base, including three of their last four.

Opponents Colombia have managed to post a clean sheet in two of their four home wins so far, keeping the backdoor shut against both Venezuela and Chile, not to mention they also played out a goalless draw when hosting Peru.

With all that in mind, there is plenty of scope for the hosts to get the job done here and to silence their opponents for good measure.

Goal Range 1-4

I’ll conclude the Bet Builder by opting for this match to feature between one and four goals. Colombia have picked up five victories thus far, with each of those triumphs delivering between one and four match strikes. It’s also worth noting that this selection would have been a winning one in each of Los Cafeteros’ last five World Cup qualifiers.

Meanwhile, a sizable six of Bolivia’s eight qualifiers away from home have fallen within the 1-4 goal range, including each of their previous three.

Recommended Bet

  • Colombia Win
