FALKIRK are embarking on their fifth attempt to get out of League One and there are finally positive signs for long-suffering Bairns fans.
And they can build on a decent start to the season with a derby win at Alloa.
John McGlynn's men suffered a horrendous play-off defeat to Airdrie last season when they collapsed to a crushing 7-2 aggregate defeat.
Many felt McGlynn was lucky to keep his job, but he's stayed and masterminded a good start to this campaign with three wins out of four.
In midweek, they inflicted a big defeat to in-form Stirling Albion who came close to shocking Aberdeen last week.
Ross Maciver is a striker reborn and Callumn Morrison is always a threat for this Falkirk team.
They face an Alloa side who lost their last two games in the league to Stirling and at Kelty Hearts and appear to be struggling.
The 10/11 seems more than acceptable here.
Two sides look well overpriced this week. QUEEN'S PARK have won all of their league games so far this season, yet are a huge 14/5 to win the Glasgow derby against Partick Thistle at Firhill.
Thistle have had the heart of their team ripped out after their play-off heartache last season and are struggling, particularly defensively.
Hearts exposed them in the Viaplay Cup last week and although the Hampden outfit aren't at that level, they deserve a lot more respect than the price suggests.
They have won all three of their games by one goal against Caley Thistle and Arbroath twice and they look like they go under the radar again in the Championship under Dutch boss Robin Veldman.
KILMARNOCK also look far too big at 23/10 to win at Motherwell.
Derek McInnes' side have made an incredible start to the season by beating both Celtic and Rangers at Rugby Park and drawing at Hearts.
He will have made it very clear to his side this week that there's no point beating the Old Firm and taking the plaudits for that if they slip up at places like Fir Park.
Well were outplayed last week at St Mirren and suffered a blow this week with exciting prospect Mika Biereth ruled out for months.
Killie have recruited well with ex-Aberdeen players Marley Watkins and Matty Kennedy linking up well with Kyle Magennis.
And they can continue their stunning start with a win.
RECOMMENDATIONS
FALKIRK 10/11
QUEEN'S PARK 14/5
