Twente are eyeing a third successive Eredivisie win as they look to strengthen their grip on third place.
The hosts have four wins in their last five and are mightily impressive at home, winning nine of their 12 fixtures and scoring 2+ in eight.
Visitors Sparta are drifting towards the end of the season in mid-table security, having won just one of their last seven. Back Twente and over 1.5 goals at 8-13 with Ladbrokes.
Valencia v Getafe
Valencia are out to kickstart their European push in La Liga with a first victory in four matches.
Los Che held leaders Real Madrid 2-2 last week and are unbeaten in nine on their patch, winning five.
Getafe occupy 11th – just two places and two points below the hosts – and have the fifth worst away record in the division with just one win in 14 attempts.
The visitors won't roll over and have their tummy tickled, but Valencia can do enough to edge victory at evens with Betfred.
Molenbeek v Anderlecht
Anderlecht, fuelled by a run of five wins on the spin, are leading the chase of Belgian table-toppers Union St-Gilloise.
Molenbeek are toiling at the other end of the table and can't buy a win, having suffered eight defeats in a miserable 10-game streak without victory.
An Anderlecht win attracts at 8-15 with Ladbrokes.
