The 2026 World Cup should really come alive today and we have our first blockbuster clash as Brazil take on Morocco in New Jersey.
Both these sides sit inside the top seven in FIFA's official rankings, with the Brazilians just one place above their North African opponents.
Morocco blazed a trail to the semi-finals at Qatar 2022 so this is a tough test for Carlo Ancelotti's side as the samba stars kick off their quest for a sixth World Cup triumph.
Brazil vs Morocco top betting tips
Brazil had a poor qualifying campaign, finishing fifth in South America, but they're starting to look like a more cohesive side since Ancelotti took the reins.
The veteran boss has won pretty much everything in the club game and knows how to manage a squad full of super egos after spells at the helm of Real Madrid, Chelsea, PSG and Bayern Munich.
That's probably why Bet365 make the Brazilians 4/6 favourites for tonight's Group C clash but there might some value in backing Morocco in the double chance at 23/20.
Their only defeat in the last 29 games came in the Africa Cup of Nations Final and even that 1-0 loss eventually became a 3-0 victory when Senegal were punished for walking off the pitch in a huff.
The most intriguing battle tonight should come down Brazil's left flank where Vinicius Junior goes up against PSG right-back Achraf Hakimi.
The Moroccan will want to let the Real Madrid winger know he's in for a battle so I like the 5/4 on offer for over 1.5 Hakimi fouls.
Haiti vs Scotland
The long wait is finally over for the Tartan Army as Scotland get their first World Cup in 28 years underway with a Group C clash against Haiti.
The Haitians were viewed as whipping boys when the draw was made but last week's 4-0 friendly win over New Zealand showed how dangerous they can be.
The good news for Steve Clarke is the Scots have also netted four times in each of their two warm-up games, with his side looking dangerous in a 4-4-2 set-up.
Lawrence Shankland and Che Adams gelled well together up front in the 4-0 win over Bolivia and I'd imagine both will start tonight.
With the Rangers new boy just 5/4 for anytime scorer, Torino striker Adams offers a bit more value and looks good at 21/20 with Bet365 to score or assist.
Haiti have set up to attack in their friendlies and should have a go at Clarke's unconvincing defence. Angus Gunn is likely to start in goal for Scotland and backing him to make three or more saves pays 6/5.
Qatar vs Switzerland
The first World Cup game tonight is the least glamorous one as Qatar take on Switzerland in Group B.
With Canada and Bosnia drawing in the other group game on Friday night, a win tonight would leave the Swiss in a strong position.
Bet365 make them 1/5 hot favourites and that looks about right given their only defeat in the last 15 games came against Germany.
Even in that match, Switzerland managed to score three goals so over 2.5 Swiss strikes looks worth a punt tonight at 6/5.
Almoez Ali should lead the line for Qatar and his scoring record at international level is incredible. With 60 goals from 126 caps, he could be worth backing for a shot on target at 6/4.
