TWO sides who come into this clash in good form meet at Dingwall on Saturday afternoon as 10th-placed Ross County plays host to sixth-placed Hibs.
Ross County saw their four-match unbeaten run come to an end last time out, as they fell to a 1-4 defeat at home to champions Celtic, with The Hoops scoring three goals from the 81st minute onwards.
Prior to that defeat, Don Cowie’s hosts had picked up 10 points from their previous four matches, securing eye-catching away wins at Aberdeen, Dundee and Kilmarnock, as well as scoring two goals deep into stoppage-time to rescue a point at home to Hearts.
The Staggies are now 10 points clear of bottom side St Johnstone but will come into this clash disappointed following their Scottish Cup exit at home to Championship side Livingston.
Following consecutive draws at home to Rangers and away at St Johnstone, Hibs returned to winning ways in the Premiership last time out as they comfortably defeated Motherwell 3-1.
That result stretches their unbeaten run in the league to seven matches (W5-D2-L0), with their solitary defeat in their last 10 encounters coming away at champions Celtic.
Unlike their hosts, the Leith-based club secured their place in the fifth round of the Scottish Cup at the weekend, as they eased to a 3-0 success over non-league Clydebank.
