SUNDAY'S Old Firm winner won't be guaranteed the title….but Rangers or Celtic will take a giant leap to it with three points at Ibrox.
The gap is currently one point in Celtic's favour, but Rangers have a game in hand at Dundee still to play, which you would expect them to win.
But this is shaping up to the biggest league crunch for many a year.
Rangers will have the whole of Ibrox behind them with no away fans, although that will change next season. They bounced back from two Ibrox defeats in a row to Motherwell and Benfica to beat Hibs last week.
Crucially, both sides look like their injury issues are starting to ease.
For Rangers, they suddenly have plenty of attacking options with a strikeforce of Abdallah Sima, Kemar Roofe, Cyriel Dessers and Fabio Silva now.
And with Todd Cantwell back fully fit, they will feel they have a chance to dominate the game at home.
However, Celtic look likely to have captain and talisman Callum McGregor back. Key midfielder Reo Hatate also returned last week and Luis Palma could make it too.
So there can be no excuses for either side really.
But the man who seems to be under the most pressure is ref John Beaton, who has been appointed as the man in the middle just a couple of weeks after Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers criticised his VAR decisions.
How the bookies view it
Rangers are generally available at 5/4, with McBookie.com and a few others including Coral, UniBet and Betfred.
Celtic will have their backers at 21/10 with bet365. The draw is 11/4 with William Hill.
Recent head to heads
Celtic have had the upper hand on Rangers this season with home and away wins at Ibrox and Parkhead.
It was much the same last season with Celtic winning four of the six meetings including in both cups. And Rangers' win at the end of the season was meaningless as the title had already been secured.
Players to watch
James Tavernier became the UK's highest-ever goalscoring defender last week when he scored his 131st goal, having previously missed a penalty. He is 29/10 to score with UniBet.
Kyogo Furuhashi hasn't quite hit the heights for Celtic so far this season, but he strikes fear into the hearts of Rangers after scoring seven goals against them in his last six games,
Anything else catch the eye?
Rangers can finally clinch a meaningful win against Celtic and take a huge step towards winning the league.
If the hosts hadn't lost twice to Celtic so far this season, they would have all but wrapped it up. But this is Philippe Clement's chance to show he can get the upper hand on Old Firm specialist Brendan Rodgers…and you fancy they might have too many attacking options for Celtic.
The Ibrox club's injury concerns have cleared at a good time and there have to be doubts over just how fit McGregor and Hatate will be after their spells out. The benches here could swing the match and Clement's subs look stronger than the ones Rodgers could turn to.
Goals should be on the cards here too. Neither defences are watertight and you would expect both to go for it right from the off in what could be an explosive start. Take a chance on both teams to score in the first half at 29/10 with BetVictor.
Finally, Todd Cantwell has played against Celtic on six occasions and been booked in four of those games. He looks the pick of the bunch at 6/5 with bet365 to be cautioned.
