Tottenham Hotspur remain favourites for the UEFA Europa League but face their toughest test yet with a trip to Turkey to face a star-studded Galatasaray side.
The bookies had Ange Postecoglou's side in the box seat before a ball was kicked and they still lead the betting at just 4/1 after wins over Qarabag, Ferencvaros and AZ Alkmaar.
The Spurs gaffer was feeling the heat a little after some poor Premier League results but has got the fans back onside in the last week with rousing home wins over Manchester City and Aston Villa.
Performances have been more patchy on the road and Tottenham Hotspur will need to play well to avoid defeat against a Galatasaray side that was assembled to play in the Champions League.
A surprise loss to Young Boys in the play-offs saw the Turks drop down to the Europa League instead and they've made a decent start, with wins over PAOK Salonika and Elfsborg either side of a disappointing draw with Latvian side Rigas.
Okan Buruk's side have won their last four in all competitions, including a weekend derby triumph over Besiktas, so their tails will be up for the visit of Postecoglou's side.
How the bookies view it: Galatasaray decent value at 11/8
This is a tricky one to call but Betano make Galatasaray the narrowest of favourites at 11/8, with Tottenham priced 6/4 and the draw at 27/10. Given Postecoglou has often played a few youngsters in the Europa League, the Turks look pretty good value.
Head to head: English jinx for the Turks
These sides have never faced off before in Europe but Galatasaray don't have a good record against English opposition. They've won just four of their 23 ties, losing 10 and drawing the other nine.
Players to watch: To Victor the spoils
Galatasaray pulled off a transfer coup by landing Victor Osimhen on loan from Napoli and he has scored four times in his last four outings. The Nigerian is 5/4 at Betano for a goal and that looks decent value provided he isn't rested.
Postecoglou will probably make changes and James Maddison could come in after a scoring cameo off the bench on Sunday. The playmaker is 13/10 at Bet365 to either score or assist.
Probable teams
Tottenham's win over Aston Villa came at a cost with Cristian Romero and Richarlison both forced off in the second half. They join Mickey Van de Ven, Wilson Odobert and Djed Spence on the sidelines.
Defender Ismail Jakobs remains out for Galatasaray while boss Buruk may consider freshening things up a little after a draining derby match.
Galatasaray: Muslera; Ayhan, Sanchez, Bardakci, Yılmaz; Torreira, Demirbay; Sallai, Akgun; Icardi, Osimhen.
Tottenham Hotspur: Vicario; Gray, Dragusin, Davies, Udogie; Sarr, Bissouma, Maddison; Johnson, Son, Werner.
Anything else catch the eye?
This should be a cracker as Postecoglou always sets up to attack and Galatasaray boast a potent forward line. The bookies are certainly banking on a goalfest, with BTTS just 4/11 at Betano and over 2.5 goals a tiny 2/5. Over 3.5 strikes just gets you over evens at 21/20 with Betano.
Turkish sides have a reputation for putting the boot in but we've only seen eight yellow cards in total across Galatasaray's three Europa League games. Tottenham have only collected two cards themselves in Europe this term so it could pay to be against a busy night for the ref. Backing under 47/5 booking points pays 5/4 with Betfred.
The corner count could rack up though, with six of the last seven games involving Spurs hitting double figures. Going for over 11.5 corners here pays 6/5 with Betano.
