AFC Bournemouth just can't get out of their Premier League slump and face a tough task returning to winning ways against a Brentford side who have been in fine form at the Gtech Community Stadium.
It looked like the Cherries would end their seven-game run without a win against Burnley on Saturday before Armando Broja struck in stoppage-time to secure a 1-1 draw and ruin one of Slips Tips' bets.
That saw Andoni Iraloa's men drop down to 14th in the Premier League table and it will have felt like a defeat instead of a stalemate against a team who look doomed to the drop.
If Bournemouth aren't careful they could find themselves getting dragged into the relegation scrap, with the gap to third-bottom West Ham sitting at nine points.
Brentford away has been a difficult fixture for even the big boys this season, with Liverpool, Chelsea, Aston Villa and Newcastle all failing to win there.
Only Manchester City have headed home with three points in the bag so Keith Andrews' men will fancy their chances.
Saturday's 2-0 win at Wolves moved the Bees above Bournemouth in the table and banking another three points could fire them into the top half of the table.
How the bookies view it: Buzzing Bees with the edge
With Brentford in such fine form at home, it's not a big surprise to see them as 13/10 favourites at Betfred. AFC Bournemouth are 21/10 with the same firm while the draw pays 5/2 at Bet365.
Recent head to head: Cherries ripe for picking off
Brentford have dominated this fixture in recent years, going unbeaten across the last eight meetings. Five of those games have ended in wins, including a 2-0 EFL Cup triumph in Bournemouth earlier this season.
Players to watch: Semenyo to do some damage
With Antoine Semenyo on his way to Manchester City, Bournemouth will need Justin Kluivert to step up. The Dutchman is 6/4 at Bet365 to score or assist.
Kevin Schade is always a threat for Brentford and the German forward looks decent value at 11/8 for a goal or assist with Bet365.
Probable line-ups
Brentford look set to be without Josh Dasilva, Fabio Carvalho, Reiss Nelson and Antoni Milambo again.
Bournemouth boss Iraola remains without Ben Gannon-Doak, Tyler Adams, Matai, Akinmboni and Veljko Milosavljevic.
Brentford: Kelleher, Hickey, Van den Berg, Collins, Kayode, Henderson, Yarmoliuk, Damsgaard, Schade, Lewis-Potter, Thiago.
AFC Bournemouth: Petrovic, Senesi, Truffert, Diakite, Jimenez, Scott, Christie, Cook, Tavernier, Kluivert, Evanilson.
Anything else catch the eye?
Games involving Bournemouth are usually pretty open and BTTS has landed in four of their last six. The same bet has only landed once in Brentford's last five but I've got a feeling we will see goals here.
The bookies think so too, with BTTS just 8/13 at Bet365, but if you add on over 2.5 goals it boosts the odds to evens at Coral.
Think both sides will find the net? Our BTTS Masterclass explains how to spot the fixtures where goals are a given.
A fouls double salvaged something for me when Brentford beat Wolves at the weekend so I'm going to try another here.
I'm sticking with Nathan Collins for a Brentford foul and adding on Cherries stopper Marco Senesi, which takes you to 20/21 in a Bet365 bet builder.
Igor Thiago should lead the line for the Bees and the dangerous Brazilian appeals at 5/4 with Bet365 for over 1.5 efforts on target.
