Bayern Munich are set to take on Heidenheim in the Bundesliga on Saturday, 7 December in a huge match at both ends of the league table.
The hosts rescued a point away at Borussia Dortmund last weekend but it was a result that saw their lead at the top of the table cut down to four points. They will be keen to avoid any more dropped points this weekend.
Heidenheim, meanwhile, come into the match in 16th place and in danger of their fairytale going sour. A win here would bring a bit of that magic back.
How the bookies view it: Bayern go in as huge favourites
Bayern Munich have been ruthless when playing lower league opposition this season so it's no surprise to see them priced as the overwhelming favourites for this one. Kwiff have priced a Bayern Munich victory as short as 1.06 while a win for Heidenheim has been priced at 15.00. The draw, which would be a great result for the visitors, has been priced at 7.50.
Recent head-to-head: Heidenheim looking for back-to-back triumphs
Heidenheim secured one of the most impressive wins in their history last season when they defeated Bayern Munich 3-2 in what was their first-ever season in the Bundesliga. The only way to top that would be to secure a win in the Allianz Arena, something they have never managed before. The score in last season's corresponding fixture was Bayern Munich 4-2 Heidenheim.
Players to watch: Where are the goals coming from for Bayern?
For the second game in a row, Bayern Munich will be without the services of Harry Kane as the England captain remains out with a hamstring injury.
The England captain went off after half an hour against Borussia Dortmund last week and his side struggled to a 1-1 draw without him at the top of the pitch. Then, in the week, they failed to score a goal as Bayer Leverkusen knocked them out of the DFB Pokal.
Question marks are starting to be asked of whether Vincent Kompany has what it takes to lead Bayern to wins against top opposition but that's a discussion for another day. This weekend, he just needs his forwards to get the job done against relegation candidates.
The experienced Thomas Muller could be in for a recall to the starting XI this weekend as the Michale Olise false nine experiment failed in the week. Muller has scored just one league goal so far this season but will be hopeful of adding to that tally against a struggling Heidenheim team.
Predicted line-ups
Harry Kane isn't Bayern's only absentee this weekend as the club remain without Joao Palhinha, Josip Stanisic and Hiroki Ito. Heidenheim have a couple of players out due to injury, too, with Marvin Pieringer and Luka James both set to miss this clash.
Bayern Munich: Neuer – Laimer, Upamecano, Min-Jae, Guerreiro – Pavlovic, Kimmich – Gnabry, Olise, Musiala – Muller
Heidenheim: Muller – Maloney, Mainka, Gimber, Busch – Dorsch, Schoppner, Fohrenback – Wanner, Scienza, Kaufmann
Anything else catch the eye?
Although Bayern Munich and Heidenhiem have only met on three previous occasions, they have always been fun, high-scoring matches with a total of 20 goals being scored across those three encounters. Over 3.5 goals to be scored on Saturday has been priced at 1.66 by Kwiff.
