Arsenal return to the Emirates Stadium on Saturday evening after a memorable night in the UEFA Champions League (UCL), as they face Brentford in the Premier League.
Indeed, the Gunners are in high spirits after beating UCL record holders Real Madrid 3-0 in the first leg of their quarter-final tie in midweek, as Declan Rice stole the headlines with two fantastic free-kick goals. That was Arsenal's third win in four in all competitions, and third consecutive victory at the Emirates.
Brentford earned a decent point at home to UCL-chasing Chelsea last time out, drawing 0-0 in the league. However, it means that the Bees have only won once in five league games, as they sit in 12th place in the table.
Brentford's recent H2H record against Arsenal also is not great, having lost their previous four meetings and being winless in seven. Mikel Arteta's men will not give up on the Premier League title despite being 11 points behind leaders Liverpool in second, and so it will be difficult for the Bees to stop them winning.
How the bookies view it: Arsenal odds-on favourites
It is not a surprise to see Arsenal as 6/10 odds-on favourites to beat Brentford with BoyleSports. A draw is priced at 14/5, while the Bees are outsiders to win at 4/1.
Recent head-to-head: Gunners comeback claims victory
These two sides met in West London on New Year's Day, as Arsenal emerged victorious after falling behind. Bryan Mbeumo gave Brentford an early lead in the first half, before Gabriel Jesus equalised before half-time.
Mikel Merino and Gabriel Martinelli scored early in the second half as the Gunners won 3-1. Merino also netted Arsenal's third against Madrid, and the makeshift striker can be backed again to score anytime on Saturday at 2/1 with BoyleSports.
Players to watch: Rice surely on free-kick duty
After his two spectacular free-kicks in midweek, Rice will surely be on free-kick duty for Arsenal for the foreseeable future. There is a question mark over whether he could be rotated though with such a big second leg coming up next week.
Mbeumo is undoubtedly Brentford's biggest threat having scored in the reverse fixture, and he also netted the Bees' last goal in a 2-1 defeat to Newcastle at St. James' Park in the Premier League.
Predicted lineups
Arsenal have no fresh injury concerns and will welcome back Raheem Sterling from a suspension in midweek. Arteta could rotate heavily ahead of the second leg in Madrid.
Brentford also boast no new injury concerns, although plenty of players remain on the treatment table.
Arsenal: Raya, White, Saliba, Kiwior, Tierney, Jorginho, Nwaneri, Zinchenko, Sterling, Merino, Trossard.
Brentford: Flekken, Ajer, Collins, Van den Berg, Lewis-Potter, Norgaard, Janelt, Mbeumo, Damsgard, Schade, Wissa.
Anything else catch the eye?
Arsenal are still expected to win even with a potentially rotated side, so we need to be clever in the betting markets. BoyleSports are offering a price boost of 7/2 for them to win both halves, which could well come through.
Likewise, also giving the Gunners a handicap is tempting, with BoyleSports offering 13/8 for them to win with a -1 handicap particularly alluring.
