Leeds United remain red-hot favourites for the EFL Championship crown and they have the chance to return to the top of the pile when they host Sunderland tonight.
Sheffield United hit the summit on Saturday as a 1-0 win at Luton Town moved them one point clear of Daniel Farke's side. But the bookies fancy Leeds United to knock them off the peak tonight, with BoyleSports making them 8/15 hot favourites with home advantage.
Sunderland won't be pushovers though and a win for the fourth-placed Black Cats would leave them just four points behind their hosts in the battle for automatic promotion.

Eusebio Di Francesco's side are in the midst of a horror run that has seen them win just once in their last 14 matches in all competitions.
