ONLY three days left in the regular season so be careful where you tread.
Toronto are at Detroit who were beaten on the road by Memphis last night. DeRozan and JV were rested in the win against Orlando so should be back tonight to finish the season off with a W.
Chicago @ Brooklyn – This is a difficult one. Both teams have exactly the same win %. Do we win, do we tank? Leave that one alone…
OKC @ Miami – OKC are tied with the Pelicans and Spurs in the west so any kind of W tonight will be important. Miami are tied in the east with the Bucks, so could do with a W themsleves. Potentially take the over on the alternate but we’ll wait for line movement.
Cleveland @ New York – Cleveland are now a game behind the 76ers so will need to win both their remaining games and hope Philly slip up. Good news for Cleveland is their final two games are against the Knicks. Starting tonight at the MSG. Should win here but expect a double digit spread when the lines eventually come out.
Orlando @ Milwaukee – The only side fighting here is the Bucks. They beat the Knicks without Giannis the other night but there is no chance I’ll be taking them if he sits again. statistically they are the worst side in the playoffs with the only team to have a minus point differential. Back whoever they come up against in the playoffs.
Memphis @ Minnesota – Huge game for the Timberwolves who can feel the Nuggets breathing down their necks. It’s possible Minnesota could clinch a playoff spot tonight, but they would need some help. The Timberwolves would first have to win. They would also need San Antonio to beat Sacramento and would need Denver to lose to Portland, which on paper looks plausible. Will probably leave this one though as Memphis shot very well in their last outing and hold a 2-0 record against the Wolves this season. Butlers return should help the Wolves though and might be worth their alternate spread in an acca for chance.
Sacramento @ San Antonio – Shouldn’t see too much wrongdoings here. Bar Leonard the Spurs are very healthy coming into the post-season. Big game against New Orleans on Wednesday but they can’t afford to rest anyone with their three-way tie in the west. Spurs on the alternate or HT/FT should do the job.
Portland @ Denver – Another massive game for both teams but more so the Nuggets. Portland have to win one of their two remaining games to hold off the Jazz for the 3rd seed (they play each other on the final day of the regular season which could be huge if they lose tonight). They’ve stumbled slightly though losing three in a row, while Denver are playoff hungry and have won their last five, and last six at home. Wouldn’t like to call this one so maybe worth the alternate over. I’ll see later.
New Orleans @ LA – The Clippers bowed out o the playoff race with their loss to Denver last time out and will potentially be without two more starting guards tonight. Lou Williams is doubtful while Austin Rivers is questionable with an elbow injury he’s struggled with for some time. As said a couple of times, New Orleans are in the three way west race so every win matters at this point. They’ve won three straight and I expect another win in LA.

Main double a winner. Card doesn’t look overly appealing but we’ll see later ??

Surprised the Warriors are such big underdogs against the Jazz with 3 of their 4 all-stars still being available. I wonder if that means the Warriors will be underdogs in the playoffs if it stays the same and they get OKC.
Pacers resting Oladipo, Young and Bogdanovic.
The main beneficiary will be Lance Stephenson but I feel like his o10.5 line is a little high as he’s shooting terribly at the moment!
Lance went from 10.5 to 18.5 now back down to 14.5, Skybet going nuts.
Did like Philly to end the Cavs 3rd seed hopes tonight but Simmons is questionable with an illness ??
Don’t touch them until his status is confirmed.
Nick I like the Warriors too but the Jazz are being shaded which I’m not keen on.
Only other side I ‘like’ are the wizards but can’t trust them against the Celtics. Play lights out even with Kyrie.

Celtics only play lights out when we’ve got money against them. ?

Simmons is apparently a go and the Rockets should win in LA without Kuzma now too.
We do have Ingrams dad though. ??

Don’t you just love the time out sound on 365 ?
Always makes me almost fall out of my chair when I accidentally leave it on!
Oh dear Warriors..
? @nick it does catch you out doesn’t it.
Winner on the double but the Warriors? ?
They’re getting into great form going into the playoffs!
Nice one on the double, also had my biggest bet of the season on Josh Harts overs.
A very profitable night! ?

Nice one @dazzler, hopefully big jeff returns at end of month for you to bet against. See youtube must of lost there contract with mlb to facebook for this season for free to watch games
Yeah can’t wait for the return of big Jeff!
He’s struggling a bit with his fast ball and only reaching 89-90mph which could be a good sign for betting on him.

Give props to the fixture selector in the NBA this season as its brought up some big names on the final day of the regular schedule, and there are some massive games to take place tonight. No more bigger than the Nuggets/Timberwolves matchup. Its win and in for either side. Its not a match I can bring myself to bet on a side as there’s too much at stake, and while the Timberwolves are favoured, at the end of the day they hold the last seed in the west so are no world beaters. I do like the alternate over here though.
Washington head to Orlando fighting for the 7th seed in the east. No team wants to face the Raptors and would much prefer a game against the Celtics without Kyrie. Expect Washington to come out on top as they did last night against Boston, with Miami at home to the Raptors who are still going for their win total but will likely face a tougher test.
Portland hosting Utah is another big game who with the winner locking up the 3rd west seed. If the Blazers lose, they could feasibly fall as low as the No. 5 seed if San Antonio beats New Orleans and Memphis beats OKC. By defeating the Warriors on Tuesday, Utah ensured that it will not fall below the No. 5 spot even with a loss to Portland.
The Pelicans host the Spurs with both teams tied with OKC in the middle of the west. The best the Pelicans can do is hang onto No. 5 with a win over San Antonio Wednesday, or fall as low as No. 8 depending on other outcomes. San Antonio still has a chance to get a top-four seed with a win, but they need Memphis to knock off OKC and Utah to beat Portland.
OKC are big favourites at home for good reason. They still have a path to a top-four seed, and there are actually pretty good odds of it happening. If OKC beats Memphis, and Portland beats the Jazz, no matter what else happens the Thunder will be No. 4.
Cleveland are big favourites at home to the Knicks. They can jump to No. 3 with a win and a Sixers loss to the Bucks. Cleveland cannot fall out of the No. 4 spot. Very short though so careful even on the alternate.
Milwaukee gets the No. 6 seed with a win over Philly. If the Bucks lose, they need Miami to also lose to Toronto and/or Washington to lose to Orlando.
The Heat need a win and a Milwaukee loss to jump into the No. 6 seed.
After beating Boston on Tuesday, Washington can still jump to No. 6 in one scenario: If they beat Orlando tonight, Philly beats Milwaukee and Toronto beats Miami. No. 7 and No. 8 are in play as well.
Small stakes and save your money for the post-season ??
Wizards ML – 1:00AM
Nuggets/Timberwolves Over 207.5 – 1:00AM
49/50 @ 365 – 2.5 points
May put up an acca later but for now these are my best two picks ??
Do you know if Wall is going to play?
I think he sat the last back to back set they had.
Would be foolish to leave him out imo so I’m going by chance. The line suggests he might not be but who knows yet. Raptors could easily win in Miami so Wall should be a go. Don’t understand why teams don’t name their starters on the bench and use them sparingly.
Head coach Frank Vogel said that D.J. Augustin, Aaron Gordon and Nikola Vucevic will not play “big minutes” on Wednesday.
Wizards should be good even without Wall.
*Test*
Good thing about most of the games tonight is that they tip off at the same time so we’ll see where the money is going just after midnight.
Coach Ty Lue said he still plans to pull LeBron James after he scores 10 points to keep his double-digit scoring streak intact.
My god the bookies pulled LeBron’s overs fast..
The Knicks still very valuable on the ML…
