NEVER fond of backing Serie A games, even more so when the favourite is away from home, but it's a difficult card with not much standing out in my honest opinion.
A team in a bit of bother are Sassuolo. They’ve lost three of their last four, with a 7-0 thumping in Turin from Juventus. Lazio are hit and miss but on their day can be lethal in front of goal, just as they were in the reverse tie winning 6-1.
They’ve put 2+ past Sassuolo in seven of nine h2hs. With Sassuolo only scoring 15 goals in 25 games this season they could be destined for the drop.
Having lost three of their last four they needed a win against Verona last week. They did so in a 2-0 victory with 33 attempts at goal. They did play on Thursday in a big win, turning around the first-leg defeat to win 5-1 at home so should have some confidence and will look to make it three competitive wins in a row.
Ciro Immobile has had a tough time but bounced back to form with a midweek hat-trick to add to his previous tow goals in the Verona win. Also scored in the reverse tie with a late penalty.
Jordan's Tips (2pm KO)
- Lazio to score 2+
- (4-5, betfair) – 2.5pts
- Immobile (Lazio) to score
- (11-10, Unibet)
In nice and early well done lad
Cheers @eddie-o??
