ARSENAL were at it again last night as yet another home match produced a sea of corners. It ended 9-9 and that takes their total home corner count in 12 games to 190 which is incredible (nearly 16 per match).
Tonight is hugely disappointing that there is no French Ligue 2 action given the success we've had over the last 2 rounds of fixtures so its Italy and Holland for goals tonight.
Table topping Inter host Roma in Serie A and I'm taking in the total goals challenge in the Dutch 2nd tier.
Selectabet and I have recorded this weeks Gambla Betting Podcast where we discuss this weekend action and best bets – give it a listen.
Inter Milan vs Roma (KO 7.45pm)
I'm well acquainted with Antonio Conte's Inter having tipped them 4 times during this seasons UCL and what a job he's done since joining in the summer.
The Nerrazzuri are going toe to toe with champions Juve and currently lead Serie A on goal difference. They face a stern test tonight against an exciting young Roma side who will be wanting to make in roads on those UCL places.
Inter have been in fantastic form domestically and they a owe big part of that down to the striking partnership of Lukaku and young Martinez who already have 18 goals between them.
Conte has assembled a really strong squad and they are definitely the real deal but will need to further bolster in Jan if they want to take the championship from Juventus.
Inter have scored 2 or more goals in their last 10 matches now and initially I was looking at Inter to win and Inter to score 2 but Roma shouldn't be underestimated. Roma have only lost one of their away matches this season and interestingly despite how impressive Inter have been in attack they've been far from watertight at the back.
They've conceded in 11 of their last 13 games and this season have only kept 6 clean sheets from 19 matches. The last 7 matches between the sides have seen both sides score and we should expect both to score tonight especially with Roma scoring 9 goals in their last 3.
Should be a cracking game
Recommended Bet:
- Over 2.5 goals and BTTS
- 10/11 (Bet365) (NAP)
Dutch Eerste Divisie Total goals – 8 matches (7pm)
8 games tonight from Holland and with games such as top side Cambur away to financially struggling Dordrecht and Excelsior hosting NEC, we should see plenty of goals.
I don't get many of these wrong when I back total goals and this looks like an attractive card.
Markets are set at 26+ at 4/5 which I think is worth taking on. All matches last week landed a goal in both halves and is always worth a go at 25/1
Recommended Bet:
- 26+ goals to be scored
- 4/5 (Skybet)
Over 0.5 1st half goals in all 8 games is 7.35-1 with Hills if you use your bet boost.Worth a go ??
