Two sides who come into this clash in good form meet at Dingwall on Saturday afternoon as 10th-placed Ross County plays host to sixth-placed Hibs in a fixture that appeals to me for goals.
Don Cowie’s hosts have scored a
23 goals across their opening 23 Premiership fixtures, with 15 (65%) of them coming on home soil.
The Staggies have found the back of the net in all bar two of their past 10 league encounters in Friday in front of their supporters – notching on multiple occasions in five (59%) of them – and will look to breach a Hibees defence that has kept just four clean sheets in the league this season.
David Gray’s visitors are the fourth-highest scorers in the Premiership, slamming in 34 goals across their opening 23 matches, with 13 (38%) of them coming on their travels.
The Hibees have found the back of the net in 18 of their previous 21 league outings – notching on multiple occasions in seven of their past 10 – and will look to trouble a Ckunty defence that has kept just two clean sheets at home this season, shipping multiple goals in each of their last four.

Ross County’s opening 23 Premiership contests this campaign have averaged 2.83 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals landing in 15 (66%) of them.
After seeing Over 2.5 Goals land in just one of their opening five league outings, The Staggies have seen the same payout in 14 of their next 18 and in 10 of their most recent 11 – including in eight of their previous nine in front of their supporters.
Hibs’s opening 11 Premiership contests this season averaged just 2.36 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals landing in just four (36%) of them.
However, their next 12 have averaged an eye-catching 3.67 goals per game, with Over 2.5 Goals paying out in 10 (83%) of them, including in five of their last six on the road.
