The final round of group matches at Euro 2024 are underway and yesterday, Groups C and D were finalised with Austria pulling off a shock win over the Netherlands to top Group D.
France's failure to beat Poland meant that they had to settle for second place in the same group while the Netherlands have qualified as one of the best third-place sides.
Unfortunately, the later game sin Group C failed to deliver the same drama. Both matches finished goalless which meant England qualified as group winners while Denmark and Slovenia qualified in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The final two groups will be completed later today and the bracket for the knockout rounds will be finalised. Will we have one final day of group stage drama or another damp squib last night? Here are our Euro 2024 top tips.

Slovakia vs Romania – Draw
Group E was the most fascinating group coming into the final round of group stage matches as all four teams are tied on three points. There is a scenario where both of today's matches end up as a draw and Ukraine go home despite accumulating four points.
As a result, they are perhaps the only team with an incentive to go and throw everything at the win. Slovakia and Romania, meanwhile, would both happily take a point away from the match. It would guarantee Romania's qualification and put Slovaka in a position where only a Ukraine win over Belgium would send them home.
These kinds of scenarios seem to always play out at major tournaments, and invariably the match ends in a draw.

Ukraine vs Belgium tips – Over 2.5 goals
As already mentioned, Ukraine have clarity coming into this match in that they know a win is more than likely needed. Even if Romania take the lead against Slovakia, they still may as well try to win the match given that if they were to lose, they would still place higher than Slovakia on head-to-head if they were the only two teams tied.
The only scenario where they would shut up shop and play for four points would be if Slovakia went up by a couple of goals against Romania.
Regardless of all that, they are a team who do their best work in the attacking phases and attack is often the best form of defence for sides with a weak backline. Both of their matches at Euro 2024 have seen over 2.5 goals scored.
Their opponents, Belgium, are also better when they can attack teams. They may be cautious to attack too much given that a draw is all they need but when you have De Bruyne, Doku, Lukaku and Trossard in attacking areas, it's very difficult to do anything other than attack.

Georgia vs Portugal betting tips – Portugal -2 handicap
Portugal are going to rest a lot of players for this match given that they have already qualified as group F winners but their B team is still far stronger than Georgia's first-choice XI.
Portugal were brilliant in their 3-0 demolition of Turkey in their last match and they are facing a team that conceded 3.56 xG against the Czech Republic in their second match. Make no mistake, Georgia have punched above their weight in their opening two matches and now they are preparing to face a true heavyweight.

Czech Republic vs Turkey betting tips – Both teams to score
The Czech Republic should count themselves unlucky to be on just one point so far in Group F. They accumulated more xG against Georgia in their last match than any other team has managed in a single game at the tournament and they led Portugal on matchday one with 30 minutes to go.
They are a good team and have now scored at least one goal in each of their last nine matches.
Turkey played out a cracker with Georgia on matchday one before playing really poorly against Portugal. In many ways, there are more question marks over them than their opponents despite having two more points than them. They have scored at least once in 11 of their last 14 matches.
