FOR the seventh time this season a match involving Hibs delivered a winning goals NAP and it's no surprise they are also my NAP this Saturday as I look to make it 8 out of 8 from backing goals at Hibs this season.
Selectabet and I have already recorded this weekends Gambla Betting Podcast which includes a preview and recommended bets on Hibs' home match against Aberdeen. Give it a listen.
Kilmarnock spoiled what was otherwise a good night and was great to see total goals land again in the EPL with 19+ coming in at 10-11.
Its a much quieter card today and I was going to be a no bet/ rest day until I saw Arsenal were playing at home – Arsenal at home means two things, goals and corners.
Arsenal vs Brighton (8.15pm)
It's been a grim time for the Gunners, winless in 8, managerless and looking likely to miss out on European football next season unless they get their act together.
Brighton on the road have been poor but to be fair to them they have played City, Liverpool, Chelsea and Man Utd already this season.
I highlighted last week Arsenal's incredible record at home for total match corners this season – it reads:
13,14,17,17,14,19,16,15,13,17,17
11 games – 172 corners (15.5 corners per game) – 97 F 75 A.
It's really incredible, Arsenal are averaging 8.8 home per game this season but also conceding 6.8 corners which shows you how much they are struggling at the moment.
Brighton haven't delivered too many corners on their travels this season but as I said they've had some really tough matches.
Always prefer when both sides contribute to the corner count so have taken Arsenal corners and over 1.5 match goals in a no-thrills double that won't be far away.
Recommended Bets:
- Arsenal over 6.5 corners
- Over 1.5 match goals
- 17/20 (Bet365 Bet Builder) (NAP)
Keep an eye out inplay – if the match is in the balance and Arsenal are chasing a lead late on we'll likely rack up 3 or 4 corners in the last 10-15 mins.
If you were to select a total corners for the hole game involving both teams what would you be thinking? 10+?
They’ve not managed to go under 13 at home all season therefore I’m on 12 or more corners 11/8 William hill

You need to be going over 11.5 corners to get 5/6
I’m unsure how many Brighton will offer, hence why I’ve just gone for Arsenal to hit 7
Hope u right Greg I been on bet builders only to get screwed on corners
I only do over 8.
Arsenal to go 1 down is the dream Greg lol
They costed me by one last time only got 6.
A decent alternative Greg!
Over 1.5 goals, 5+ Arsenal corners, 3+ Brighton corners and 10+ booking points each team @ 2/1
add
Over 1.5 goals, 5+ Sheffield Utd corners, 3+ Newcastle corners and 10+ booking points each team @ 5/2
for a 9.5/1 Double!

That was against a good Frankfurt team though. Only time this season they haven’t hit at least 7
