Daily French Open Day 15 Tips Tennis Tips: Best Bets for the Men's Singles Final

The French Open 2024 final is finally here. Keen to throw a few bets down on this showdown? Well, look no further. At Mr Fixit Tips, we love our tennis, and we've conducted a thorough analysis of the match to help you make a more confident betting decision.

Best French Open Bets Today

Here are a few bets we recommend making on day 14 of this year’s French Open, where the women’s singles finale is set to take place.

Swiatek to Beat Paolini 2-1 @ 7/2

So, Swiatek's been on fire lately.

With her amazing form this season and her history at Roland-Garros, she's more likely to be the victor of this encounter. But you can not just simply underestimate Paolini here.

She's been bringing her A-game to the tournament too. Her appearance in the finale is not just pure luck, but a testament to her fantastic gameplay and hard work.

What we are trying to say here is that Swiatek is still our favourite choice for this matchup, but Paolini will not be going down easily. She will strive to pull an upset against the world No. 1, and get at least one set in the process.

Total Number of Games Over 17.5

As mentioned in our previous bet, this finale matchup has a high probability of lasting more than two sets. Hence, the total number of games is very likely to surpass 17.5.

Not confident about this prediction? Here are a few arguments that support our claim: Jasmine Paolini has never been past the second round of the Roland-Garros in the previous years. She reached the round of 16 for the first time in a Grand Slam at this year’s Australian Open.

Paolini has shown excellent form on clay this year maintaining a 10-3 win-loss out of her total 16-10 in 2024. She also managed to defeat world No. 4 Elena Rybakina 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 in the quarterfinals and blazed past Mirra Andreeva in straight sets in the semi-finals.

Something about her campaign this year is different. Hence, she is going to give Swiatek a tough competition and take at least one set.

Paolini +7.5 Handicap @ 13/20

As great as Paolini's journey has been this season and at Roland-Garros, let's face it, there's a massive difference between Swiatek and Paolini's stats and skills.

The 28-year-old Paolini has won a total of two singles titles throughout her career, whereas, at just 23 years old Swiatek has already won four Grand Slams and a total of twenty-one singles titles, four of which were in 2024.

Swiatek makes a routine entrance in most of the quarter-finals and semi-finals every now and then. She boasts an emphatic 38-4 win-loss record this season and is currently on an 18-match winning streak in all tournaments and 20 in the Roland-Garros.

Swiatek is definitely the top choice to win this match, but expect Paolini to cover the spread here.
