We’ve dug into the day’s order of play on day eleven and picked out the best bets to make on the French Open. Without further ado, these are the three matches to bet on this Wednesday.

Best French Open Bets Today

What do a Kazakh, a Russian teenager and an Aussie have in common? They all have great odds on day 11 of the French Open! Here are the bets we suggest making:

Zverev vs De Minaur First Set to Be 7-5 @ 12/1

The final men’s quarter-final at Roland-Garros brings a fascinating encounter between No. 4 seed Alexander Zverev and No. 11 seed Alex de Minaur.

Despite De Minaur’s seeding, he’s a massive underdog here. The Aussie has never made a significant run on clay before, with this week representing his best result on the surface. However, he’s playing great, having just knocked out No. 4 seed Daniil Medvedev.

Zverev, on the other hand, is a known quantity on clay. He’s gone deep at the French Open multiple times, and just won Rome. Thing is, he’s just played two consecutive five set matches, and will be feeling it in the legs coming into this one.

Our full prediction for this match is that Zverev wins in straight sets. However, we expect the opener to be hard fought, and Zverev to win with a late break, 7-5.

Rybakina to Beat Paolini in Two Sets @ 4/5

Another player who comes into the quarter-finals having gone the distance in her last two matches is Jasmine Paolini. She comes up against No. 4 seed Elena Rybakina, who has looked as dominant as ever in Paris.

While we think this will be a hard fought contest, our money is on it ending in two. The pair played recently in Stuttgart which Rybakina won in three sets. However, with Paolini tired, plus Rybakina having recently studied her game from across the net, we expect it’ll be over quicker this time.

Andreeva to Win a Set @ 11/10

Teenager Mirra Andreeva is quickly becoming the story of the tournament in the women’s draw, storming through to her maiden Grand Slam quarter-final. We predicted ahead of the French Open that she’d make it to this stage, and she’s done us proud.

She’ll have her work cut out for her if she’s to keep her run alive on Wednesday, however. The 17-year-old plays No. 2 seed Aryna Sabalenka, who is in vicious form in Paris. With absolutely nothing to lose, we expect the Russian will play free-flowing tennis and give Sabalenka a good go for her money here.

While we could suggest a Sabalenka victory in three sets, we like backing Andreeva to win a set here instead. It’s a market that pays nicely, but still keeps the door open for Andreeva to pull off the upset and continue her run at the French Open.
