Its finally here, it's what the footballing world has been waiting for, that's right, Match Day 9 from the Belarusian Premier League.
Well o.k, maybe for most its the return of the Bundesliga and the first major footballing league but I certainly won't be abandoning Belarus. It's been a terrific league to back, especially on the card and corner markets and we're starting to get a real feel for the league, the data, the teams and the players.
This week we recorded our 5th Belarusian episode of the Gambla Betting Podcast as we again get stuck into the card and corner opportunities – well worth a listen
Having been void of major league football for over two months, I completely understand the delight at the return of the Bundesliga , both from a live football and betting perspective but I would advise caution on anyone betting on the first week back.
It's behind closed doors, there has been a two month lay off so essentially it's like a new season – whilst the data and stats from earlier in the year will give you some sort of guide, it should definitely be small stakes.
We have 6 matches remaining from Match day 9 in Belarus and I've have selections from 4 of them, two on Saturday and 2 on Sunday. We've discussed all 4 games in detail in terms of the stats and the betting angle on this weeks Gambla Betting Podcast and I've pulled together a summary below along with the cards and corners data table I’ve been compiling since the start of the season
http://mrfixitstips.co.uk/belarusdata
Energetik vs Dinamo Brest (Saturday – KO 1pm)
- Brest Avg 7.6 team corners per game – hitting 8/7/5/12/5/12/6/6 in their 8 league game
- Avg 13.4 match corners per game – 13/14/13/16/11/16/12/12 – All 8 games delivering 11+ corners (12+ 7/8)
- Brest concede a high volume of corners – 5/7/8/4/6/4/6/6 avg 5.8 per game conceding 4+ in all 8 games
- Energetik hitting 5.0 corners per game, conceding 6.3
Hard to oppose corners here given Brest's record this season and the fact they concede plenty
BATE Borisov vs FC Slutsk (Saturday – KO 5pm)
- Slutsk have hit 23 yellow cards and 3 red cards already this season
- Avg 4 cards per game having hit 3/4/2/3/6/4/5/1 – 3+ cards in 6 of their 8 games
Slutsk Away to a BATE side who have found their groove after a tough start. BATE have won 5 of their last 6 in all competition – Slutsk won't have too much of the ball and look great value to pick up another 3+ cards
Belshina vs Vitebsk ( Sunday – KO 1pm)
- Belshina's corner performances have been impressive for a team bottom of the league – hitting over 5 per game
- 3/7/7/2/1/7/6/12 – hit 5+ in 5 of their 8 games,should manage another 5 + at home against a side on the slide
- Vitebsk have one of the highest corner conceded in the league (4/7/5/7/5/4/9/7 – 6.0 per game)
- They've conceded 5+ in 6 of their 8 games – and don't hit too many (hit 3 or less in 5 of their 8 games)
Belshina may be bottom but as they showed yet again last week, they aren't far away from a first win and their corner counts have been impressive considering their lowly position. Home advantage and playing a side who concede plenty
Ruk Brest vs Smolevichi (KO 5pm Sunday)
- Smolevichi have hit an incredible 34 yellows and 1 Red – Avg a huge 4.5 cards per game (5/4/6 on the road)
- They've hit 5/4/2/5/6/4/6/6/4 – 7 of 8 games 4+ team cards (18 players booked this season so far)
- Ruk Brest no stranger to a card having collected 26 yellows and 3 Reds (4.0 team cards per game)
- Referee Sergey Chistov has dished out 21 yellows and 3 red cards in just 4 games (85+ pts per game)
Battle of the bad boys as two sides meet who have serious disciplinary issues. Smolevichi been terrific for cards and it's difficult to see them not collecting at least another three here, escpailly as they have hit 4+ in 7 of their 8 games

Here’s hoping for another great Belarusian weekend from you Greg. Have done all of your bets in singles, and took some small stakes doubles, trebles and 4-timers.
Interestingly, Skybet seem to have taken the Belshina +1 card off their lists!!
Great podcast as usual boys, looking forward to collecting on the Smolevichi bookings count. Fancy BATE to win and btts. Good Luck??
. Where do I find Energik Most Cards 8/5 on William Hill? It’s not a site I use often and find it a mite confusing.
Go to the game
At the top scroll across options to penalties/cards
Scroll down to most booking points
29/20 now
Thanks for that…
Great podcast Greg, love it a lot mate.
I totally agree that you should continue what you’ve done with this, as it shows that a detailed focus on one league can reap massive results. The stats are the stats, however, what you bring to it, is your great football/betting mind to spot the key aspects to focus on. I think there is a huge lesson for the forum to learn from this. There are some amazing people on this forum and if they all did the same (entirely focussed on one league), we could have a ‘bank’ of very specialised knowledge, which could really benefit everyone…just a thought. Good luck with this w/e’s selections mate…
Thanks for the kind words mate – being able to fully focus on one league is paying dividends and like you say be great if we had more people specialising.
Top man Greg I had a right wee dunt on corners the energetik match FANTASTIC TIPPING AGAIN
Great start Greg, 11+ corners and Energetic most booking points both landed!!
First day full house landed within 30 minutes!! Happy days
Cheers gents ??
Brilliant again Greg backed all three thanks a lot
Been tuned into the Podcast the last couple weeks after a long spell away from site.
Really enjoying it so well done Greg.
Your strike rate in Belarus is outstanding.
Great insight yet again Greg.
This is against the grain slightly but I’ve doubled up
Belshina 4+ corners
Mainz 20+ booking points
0.97 on skybet.
Ruk Brest vs Smolevichi (KO 5pm Sunday
Where are the yellow / red cards in this match, this match is not running to the statistics, currently just the one booking in the 1st half and that’s for the wrong team. Come on Smolevichi get those bad tackles up and running , you don’t get anything for not getting your foot in.
Ruk Brest vs Smolevichi (KO 5pm Sunday)
Smolevichi – Not one yellow card after 75 minutes – Who would of predicted such a clean team performance, one of those where statistics have not been lived up to, such is life :-( A good weekend overall however so well done Greg :-)
Great tipping as always Greg, cheers. Looking forward to next weekend’s tips :D
