Sevilla are still seeking their first win in Group G of the UEFA Champions League as they host Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday. The Spanish club have found things difficult this season and with Dortmund also unconvincing so far, both teams could be set to cancel each other out.
It has been a difficult campaign for Sevilla, who are struggling to find their best form. They are battling near the relegation zone in La Liga and are without a win after two matches in this year’s group stage.

The defeat at Cologne highlights a problem that constantly plagues Borussia Dortmund as they often struggle to keep things tight at the back. They have kept just one clean sheet in their last four matches, conceding eight goals in that run.

Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund have claimed one win each and two draws from four previous fixtures. Both teams battled to a 2-2 draw in their last meeting during the knockout phase of the Champions League back in 2021.
Players to watch
Much of Sevilla’s attacking play goes through Oliver Torres, who often carries a goal threat from his position behind the striker. The attacker has two goals this season and is priced at 6/1 with bet365 to get on the score sheet.
