HIBS are unbeaten against the Old Firm in the league this season and put that record on the line tonight.
Neil Lennon’s men have twice gone close to ending Celtic’s invincible run but settled for two 2-2 draws and won 3-2 at Ibrox early
in the season.
They also lost 4-2 to the Hoops in the Betfred Cup semi-final – so goals should be on the menu against Rangers.
Hibs have won the last three meetings between the sides 3-2 and a fourth pays 28-1 at William Hill. To score 2+ Hibs are 17-11 at Unibet and to net 3+ it's 28-5 at Marathonbet.
Before that Gers won 4-2 and in fact the last five meetings have gone over 2.5 goals. William Hill offer a tempting 10-11 on over 2.5 and anyone who fancies over 3.5 can have 23-10 with McBookie.
Graeme Murty remains in charge with a Rangers side on a revenge mission and is going for four Premiership wins in a row. Bookies make Murty’s men 29-20 (BetStars) while Hibs are 2-1 at sportingbet. It’s not easy to split the sides and a draw is possible at 12-5 at McBookie. Hibs fans will consider draw no bet at 13-10 with Marathonbet.
Meanwhile, Celtic aim to go 69 games unbeaten at home to Hamilton and are no bigger than 1-7 at William Hill. Not easy to find value but Celtic to win to nil is a possibility at 4-5 with McBookie.
Aberdeen battled past Dundee after Derek McInnes agreed to stay and can do the same at St Johnstone. They are 21-20 at McBookie.
Partick Thistle face a Motherwell side missing soon to be departed Louis Moult and several key men including Chris Cadden, Peter Hartley and keeper Trevor Carson.
The Jags were hopeless last week as they crashed 5-1 to Killie but with Well weakened could avoid defeat. Players' Christmas night-outs have been cancelled and they ned to get their act together or they will be down. Consider Thistle not to lose at 3-5 with Marathonbet.
