No-one needs reminding just how dangerous Real Madrid can be in the Champions League, especially not Manchester City!

The Spaniards looked dead and buried in last year's semi-final against City before staging one of the most dramatic comebacks the competition has ever seen. Two injury time goals for Madrid levelled the tie at 5-5 before a Karim Benzema penalty in extra-time sent Los Blancos in to the final against Liverpool.

Carlo Ancelotti's men of course went on to win a record 14th Champions League / European Cup crown and with the La Liga title looking beyond them this time round they can focus fully on adding a 15th this season.

However the bookies rank them 5/2 outsiders to qualify from their tie with the Premier League champions with City as short as 2/7 to avenge last year's exit.

Unlike last season, Pep Guardiola's men have home advantage in the second leg but the tie feels a bit more in the balance than the odds suggest.

It's not often you'll get better than 2/1 on Real Madrid at the Bernabeu so the 21/10 will be popular among punters as will the 4/6 on Madrid to avoid defeat on the Double Chance market.

Another way to get onside with the holders is by backing them at 1.980 on the Asian Handicap with 0.0,+0.5 of a start. Pep's men can be content with a share of the spoils at the Bernabeu so this could be a good option.

Both of last year's ties were classics and there was no shortage of goals. Over 2.5 goals is priced up at 8/11 tonight.

Benzema and Erling Haaland will be the men to watch as ever. The Frenchman scored three across the two meetings last season and is 8/5 to net tonight.

Haaland has been in incredible form in his debut season for City. As well as breaking records domestically the Norwegian striker has scored 12 in eight Champions League appearances this campaign. He's even money to add to his incredible numbers tonight.

Partick Thistle righted a few wrongs when they beat Queen's Park 4-0 when the sides last met. The Spiders had held the upper hand prior to that, winning all three league meetings between the Glasgow clubs. Now they meet in the first leg of the first play-off at Firhill tonight.

Owen Coyle's men have had a disasterous end to the season and need to put the disappointment of missing out on the title behind them as they go in to the play-offs. But that could be easier said than done after just one win in seven.

In-form Thistle look well priced at 10/11 to take a first leg advantage this evening.

Caddy Tees Up 20/1 Winner in Italy

Well done to The Caddy who teed up another winner at the weekend. Adrian Meronk won the Italian Open, tipped at a lovely 20/1 pre-tournament by our top tipster. It was a second tournament winner in as many weeks for subscribers to The Caddy's private Telegram channel after an 8/1 win by Tony Finau on the PGA tour last weekend.

In addition, subscribers also cashed in on The Caddy's Special Banker Nap which won thanks to Stephan Jaeger finishing inside the Top 40, comfortably in 27th place, advised at 2/1.

⛳️ Hi MFT community, absolutely delighted to have singled out another winner for you all at the weekend. Adrian Meronk who I said could be the Gladiator at the Marco Simone Colosseum certainly lived up to that billing with a fine fighting performance to bag the Italian Open in Rome for all us here at MFT at an advised 20/1 👏 🏆 . Jorge Campillo who I also tipped at 35/1 EW finished in 8th place so well done to everyone who managed to get the 8 places which are available with some firms
Again I’m going for a hat-trick this weekend, our record was the quadruple at the end of last year with four outright winners in as many weekends.

Why advertise on here thought it was a tipping site, not an advertising thread is it.

I agree with macca, advertising paid tipping services here lowers the tone.
Greg did this also with his gambla pay service, used this platform to join in with us day to day punters then decided to start charging for opinions.

Totally agree with macca/Elvis on this , especially regarding Greg wasn’t here long at all then started charging for his tips , to be honest i find it hard to believe that someone would pay a monthly fee for 1 footy tip a day that’s evens or below that , but each to their own i suppose…..

Spot on guys the praise Greg got was way over the top . Ok he did post some good winners on occasion but he was getting heavy duty praise from admin when he was posting a lot of odds on shots . But as stated it is up to one`s self to pay or not . I choose not to .

Gregs tips were usually spot on so i cant fault him in that respect, just don’t see the need to advertise here.

Suggestion for all the amazing posters….please if you are really confident on a bet tell us before in your tip…pointless telling us after if was never in doubt or you had a big bet on it. Hullshaker puts stars🌟 on his posts…..someone else on here gives a rating out of 10….this is super helpful for us that follow. Just an idea ➡️ 💡

Paulm I get “told off” (yeah right!) about stars on ⭐️ Racing page so I used the Nap/Nb system and there was complainings(less it lost of course) so it’s now for example “Nap/**** “
Best is a good write up as you say and if not the time stars or Nap and quickly say very confident etc

      GL all!
An there certainly was some cracking tips over weekend and especially yesterday 👌

Yes Recoba just even a few words like I’m very confident or it’s a bit of a riskier one or whatever they feel about it. Hopefully noone thinks I’m ungrateful as I’m not-I rely on sites like this ( mainly this one) as I work the taxis so do long hours and have no time to study bets and even if I did I am useless at finding bets like everyone on here. Its just hard to gauge where someone is with a bet when they post daily but don’t give us any idea how strong they are. A few do and that’s like gold to people like myself. Appreciate every single tipster on this site and I mean that I’ve learnt so much from this place about how people bet even when tips haven’t won its great to see the insight into how people are finding these bets. Keep up the good work everyone 👍

Surely every “opinion” on an outcome of a sporting event here should be a confident shout to the person posting them.
We unpaid punters aren’t paid tipsters, we are humble punters offering our own take of things.
I’d like to think everyone does their own research before placing their bets and not betting blind !!

    • Avatar of Paulm

Yes I hope so too Elvis. The benefit of people using stars/ a rating out of 10/ a percentage or a few words on their confidence would be so beneficial to punters like myself who don’t have time or just useless at betting (me!), I hope you seet this too? Maybe you as a poster who puts tips up you don’t care about that as you don’t need to follow anyone else’s. There’s no way you can tell me every single bet you put on here you have the same confidence behind! Someone put a bet on here recently saying it was the best bet they had seen in a few years…this is what we ( punters who follow tips on here) want to see. Hopefully people are seeing what I’m getting at, clearly people agree as 20 people have agreed with my comment. Thanks for all your tips Elvis had a ton of winners off you over the years. I always follow your double nap stakes 💥🔥👍

    Real Madrid v Man City
Over 3 alternative goal line at 2.200 (NAP) (money back if there’s only 3 goals)
A penalty in the game at 13/8 (NB)
Real Madrid aren’t a team that will sit back it’s not in their DNA and they know they need some sort of lead to take back to Manchester. City will have other idea’s of course, should be a cracker.
    Best of luck

Can see it being a very open game – you have a go and we have a go type thing, goals the way to go as can’t pick a winner in the Bernabeu but BTTS each half looks good at 9/1

      Cue a nil nil draw

Anyone seen the new whitepaper from the government regarding Uk Casino’s, having read it surely Casino’s are going to go out of business, there’s already a lot of them gone. Dreading the one for the sports side of things, if there going to limit UK players that much it doesn’t bode well for us and that’s just the bettors never mind paid tipsters.

    Deportes Linares
    21:00
    Chilean Segunda Division 🇨🇱

    Both teams to score 11-10.
    William HILLS…….

Unido just come down from serie B v Linares just promoted from the regional leagues.

Unido evens to win which isn’t a banker but should at least score (fateful words).

Linares lost all 4 away games this season but scored in all 4.
    2-1. 2-1. 2-1. 3-1.
All in all they seen BTTS in 9/10 games this season the exception a 3-0 loss at home last time out.
8/10 of these games saw BTTS and over 2.5 goals.
    Prediction 1-1 or 2-1
