SlipsTips shares his favourite fancy from the Swedish Allsvenskan on Saturday.
Mjallby vs Malmo (Saturday, 14:00)
Malmo will be aiming to maintain their position at the summit of the Swedish Allsvenskan when they make the trip to Mjallby on Saturday.
John Dahl Tomasson's team sit just two points ahead of second-placed Djurgarden, having played a game more than the Stockholm outfit.
However, the reigning champions will be presented with the opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the table on Saturday afternoon, at least temporarily.
Mjallby, meanwhile, are in the midst of a six-match winless streak and as result currently find themselves perched precariously above the relegation zone.
As such, Malmo are a general 8/13 to bank another three points this weekend but we can get 9/10 (NoviBet) on them to overcome a -0.75 start on the asian handicap and that looks like a worthy boost in price.
Here we would land a half win if the Sky Blue win by a solitary strike while a Malmo triumph by two or more goals would deliver a full pay out.
Tomasson's troops have posted a win in five of their last six Swedish top-flight fixtures, scoring two or more goals in each of those six assignments.
What's more, the league leaders have slammed in nine goals across their last two league outings, while confidence-stricken Mjallby have failed to shut out their opponents in each of their last six outings.
With that in mind, coupled with the fact Malmo recorded their biggest win of the season last weekend, I'm more than happy to back Sweden's most successful club to overcome a -0.75 start on the asian handicap.
It's also worth noting that the above-mentioned betting angle would have banked profit in five of Malmo's last six league matches and that only adds to the appeal of supporting the same formula at Strandvallen on Saturday.
