THE SPFL weekend card is completed by St Mirren v Aberdeen and there's no doubt the money will be on the away team.
Aberdeen are scoring goals and not conceding – while Saints are still looking for their first win of the campaign.
The Dons have kept five successive clean sheets and at the other netted nine goals in three outings.
They're great stats but what's even more impressive is the fact Niall McGinn sat out the 3-0 win at Partick Thistle and 5-0 League Cup romp at Falkirk.
Gone are the days when the Dons wouldn't score if McGinn was out or off form – now the likes of Scott Vernon, four goals in three games, Calvin Zola and Jonny Hayes all provide a threat.
And that's bad news for Paisley boss Danny Lennon who is facing the axe with his side lying just eight points ahead of basement boys Hearts who started on -15 points.
Aberdeen haven't always been a punter's pal but I'm willing to put my faith in them at a best 21-20 with Ladbrokes. Saints are 10-3 at McBookie.com and the draw pays 5-2 with the same firm.
Vernon's confidence will be sky high after his superb winner in the 1-0 defeat of Inverness last weekend followed by a hat-trick as a per sub against Falkirk. To score first Vernon is 6-1 (various) while McGinn will be worth a look at 11-2 with McBookie.com if he starts.
The convincing way the Dons beat the Jags and Bairns suggests they could see off the Saints by more than one goal.
It's a bit of a risk but Aberdeen -1 pays 11-4 with Ladbrokes.

Not a fan of backing Aberdeen but St Mirren were so poor against hibs i cant resist a single here!!!
0-1
Brave on the Aberdeen paul. st,mirren need to start getting results a think it will be a 1 or 2 each draw
Tony, going -1 is risky. I know Saints have to get a result but we’ve been saying that for six months now so what are they waiting for. On current form I like Aberdeen, they’re starting to motor after a sluggish start under McInnes and if McGinn starts I’ll be even more convinced.
A can c why u would take them Paul. Makes sense on form. Hope they do the business for you. Just a team a dont like betting on.
As a Dons’ supporter of over 40 years from being a Nipper I have seen it all, including the “glory years”.
I have to admit that McInnes’s initial months in the job have impressed me and would certainly expect an away win against a St Mirren side currently in poor form.
Woody, I hope you’re right. An awful lot of people relying on them tonight.
