MATCH of the day from the Scottish Premiership comes from Easter Road as Hibs look to leapfrog Livingston into fifth place and again you have to look at goals, a market which has been terrific when it comes to Hibs home games

Elsewhere, Aberdeen have a chance to tighten their grip on third place as they host away day strugglers Ross County and in League One leaders Raith Rovers are home to a Clyde side who have last 5 of their last 6 away from home.

You can listen to my thoughts and tips on all three matches on this week's Gambla Betting Podcast.

Hibs vs Livingston (KO 3pm)

In comparison to 3 or 4 months ago it's a fairly good time to be a Hibee. A solid January transfer window has seen Jack Ross's side continue to push up the league and they have a terrific opportunity to leapfrog today's opponents Livingston and start putting pressure on Motherwell and Aberdeen.

The Leith side have been my go-to team this season and its easy to see why.

Fourteen of their last 15 games at Easter Road have seen over 2.5 goals with 12 of those games seeing both sides score. They've scored 2 or more in 9 of their last 10 at home but their Achilles heel has been their defending. 3 clean sheets in 15 is unacceptable, especially when you see the number of clubs who have travelled here and scored 2 or more goals.

The capture of Greg Docherty and Marc McNulty in January to compliment Boyle, Allan and Doidge for me makes Hibs one of the most exciting teams to watch from an attacking sense and they host a Livi side who despite having a really good season it'ss well known,Livi pick up the majority of their points at home (27 from 37) and they've won just three of their last 30 matches on grass which is a terrible record.

Livi are threat going forward, especially with Lawless and Dykes and with the jury is still out on the Hibs defence they are more than capable of grabbing a goal.

It won't be more than a consolation though as I fully expect Hibs to score at least twice. Hibs to score two and over 2.5 goals are two markets that were priced up in my opinion a lot bigger than they should be given Hibs scoring record at home.

looked at Albion away to Annan and think they are a massive price of 9/4 bet 365. Annan have only scored 2 in the last 5 games and lost them all. Albion have scored 2 against Cove and Q Park 2 in form teams. A H -1 is 9/2

It’s not ideal but it’s the same for both teams.
