SATURDAYS can often be a struggle for punters with just too many games to look at but scanned through this weekend's matches and there were plenty of candidates for today's selections.
You can listen to this week's episode of the Gambla podcast with myself and Selectabet which details this weekend's tips including Hibs to score 2 or more against St Johnstone and Dundee United to score 2 or more goals against Dunfermline, as well as a number of goal bets from England.
Hibs vs St Johnstone (3pm)
The Hibees have hardly set the heather a light this season but they have only lost once and although that was a heavy defeat away to Rangers, they've still been winning games despite not playing well.
They host a St Johnstone side who have had a brutal start to the season on and off the pitch. Betfred Cup elimination and defeats to Ross County, Montrose and Forfar were followed up by an embarrassing 7-0 defeat away to Celtic then were fortunate to claim a 2-2 draw against Livingston.
Defensively they have been poor and they will do well to contain Hibs attacking threats which include Mallan, Kamberi, Horgan and Allan.
Taking Hibs to score 2 goals against this leaky St Johnstone defence.
Recommended Bet
- Hibs over 1.5 team goals
- 10/11 (Bet365 ) (NAP)
Dunfermline vs Dundee United (3pm)
It's been a great start for United and have an opportunity to make it three wins from three against a side they absolutely love playing.
They've lost just one of their last 20 meetings with Dunfermline which is an astonishing stat – unbeaten at East End Park in 10 meetings and you have to go back to 2007 when the Pars last won this tie.
With Shankland leading the line United will be a bigger threat than previous seasons – he's already scored 5 goals this season and will be looking to add to that tally today.
Dunfermline will make it tough, just feel United will edge this.
Recommended Bet
- Dundee United over 1.5 match goals
- 6/4 (Bet365)
Over 2.5 Goals Rreble
- Clyde vs Falkirk
- Dumbarton v Stranraer
- MK Dons v Peterborough
- (4-1, Ladbrokes)
Greg thank you for your tips.
Forfar or Clyde is typo. As Clyde plays Falirk today and Forfar is away to Peterhead.
Although both matches look over 2.5 i would like to stick with your bet, so please clarify if you have a chance to read this.
Sorry mate it’s Clyde v Falkirk
Any news on the Hamilton game greg
Robinson said last night a few players were suffering and they’d be assessed in the morning.
I put Hamilton in a btts & win treble yesterday
With Morton & Dortmund who obliged last night
Any news
Greg
Thanks Mr Fixit 🙏
A first half goal in every English Championship game already landed once this season and landed 3 or 4 times last season pays 38-1 bet 365
